Really enjoyed my stay! The room felt like home—with a mini fridge, enough racks for clothes, a small work table, and a sliding mirrored door for the bathroom. Loved the nice window view and the split-type aircon. The location is very accessible—walkable to the mall, food spots, and banks. Staff were always kind and polite, greeting and opening doors for guests. There’s a coffee shop on the second floor, free water refill near the elevator, and a hot shower. Great experience!

The buffet breakfast was a standout highlight. The variety and quality of dishes were impressive, catering to every palate with fresh, flavorful options. A special mention goes to the hotel staff, who were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. The hotel guard also deserves praise for always being helpful, courteous, and ready with a warm smile. Their welcoming demeanor made me feel safe and cared for throughout my stay. The room is neat and clean with good air conditioner. It doesn’t have any smell and complete with toiletries. Looking forward to another booking.

It was great. Just the bathroom lock is so stressful but overall, it was a great stay. Will definitly come back and stay again.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location, while fairly central, was a bit challenging to find, especially for first-time visitors. Clearer directions or better signage would have helped. One of the small but noticeable inconveniences was the absence of slippers in the room, which is something many travelers, including myself, often appreciate for comfort. Additionally, the noise from outside the hotel could be disturbing at times, especially at night, which affected the overall tranquility of the stay. That said, the saving grace was the service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional, always willing to assist with a smile. Despite the few drawbacks, their hospitality made a positive impact, making the overall experience more pleasant.

Stayed 3 nights . Small room , clean . I did not have breakfast there . Short walk to Robinsons Cybergate mall. There is 7/11 , massage shop 5 mins walk from hotel They forgot to clean my room on 3 days .

As always! This hotel never fails. The room is spacious for us. They’ve got several mirrors making it fancy, personally I like it. I like the vibe. It’s cozy and it just have the basic and important things I need for the short stay.

It was a great place for having a comfortable room to sleep and rest in.
