The hotel Memories Paraiso is located in the vicinity of a private beach. On the beach are beach towels for a fee available. At the beach there is a bar serving refreshing drinks. The hotel has a 24h reception, a lobby, an internet corner, a shop as well as parking spaces. In the outdoor area of the property you will find a pool (open all year). For children there is also a children's pool. For your entertainment, the hotel offers a disco. There is also a laundry service available at an additional cost to customers as well as an ironing service. For your comfort, in addition to the concierge service the hotel page will ensure you are looked after. If necessary, you can contact the medical centre (for a fee). The energy supply is 220 Volts. I'd like to specify my review refers EXCLUSIVELY to the tennis teacher, Jorge. We were staying at the Royalton resort nearby and where able to get access to the tennis court at Memories (as Royalton didn't offer a similar service). Jorge has been absolutely great, kind and welcoming - one of the few highlights of our stay in Cayo Santa Maria. We truly appreciated the recommendations and time Jorge dedicated to us, and will cherish the few hours we've spent at the tennis court during our holiday. Thank you again Jorge!!! Livia & Stan

I heard about the beach of this Resort, people always write about it is the most beautiful beach of Cuba, so i came to see if it is true or not, and yes, is true, it makes me fall in love because i have never ever been in a beach like this one. The workers are amazing, beautiful service. I loved the shows at night time, Boogie, Michael Jackson are the best, thank you for a such great week, see you again.

It is my first time in Cuba and of course in Memories Paraiso, i came with my daughter and we are so greatfull to be in a such beautifull resort, the color of the watter of the beach and the sound of the waves makes you forget and problem or situation of your life, this is the hollidays i needed to have, i want to thank to the guys of the buffet and the entertainment team for all the fun we had with them

I had some friends eho come often to Memories Santa Maria, they told me about the beach and i eanted to come to see how beautiful it is, to be honest, the beach of this resort is more beautiful than i expected, aside, the service is amazing, every worker is pretty friendly, specially the guys of the entertainment team, it was a great week, thank you for all

Good service, very nice beach, we always found something good to eat and drink, the room was nice and in good condition, we received friendly service from the moment we arrived, and the entertainment was great in the morning, afternoon, and evening at the theater 🫶🏻❤️🇨🇺

The experience at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are modern and well maintained. The beach is spectacular, with white sand and crystalline waters, perfect for relaxing. In addition, the variety of aquatic activities and daily entertainment made my stay fun. The gastronomic offer is excellent, with options ranging from Cuban cuisine to international dishes highly recommended!

Nice cozy hotel. We were there, the whole huge Santander family looking for a great beach and tranquility. We find it. Amazing crystal clear waters, amazing sunsets. The Loobby became my favorite place specifically the terrace besides it, I took morning coffee there every single day. With the waves sound behind. The room was ok. Good AC, even when it needs some updating. Anyway it feels comfortable and cozy. I recommended to bring your own coffee capsules for the machine in your room and your own condiments if you're a picky eater. I was in Memories for its beach and also I am pleased for its friendly staff. Thanks Ana customer service who help us with some info previous our arrival. If I repeat, certainly Yessss.

We are having a blast at Grand Memories Paraiso in Cayo Santa Maria. The room is great, customer service fenomenal and entertainment second to none! Would highly recommend!
