The food at the hotel was just ok, but the service really made the difference! A big thank you to Luis from the animation team for keeping the energy so high, and of course to my Hugo at the lobby bar for the amazing drinks and warm attention. I also can’t forget Kiki from the restaurant grill who made me feel like a superstar every time. Service like this truly made my stay memorable! The beach was amazing and the pool also ! I definitely recommend

The food was terrible, the facility was filthy, the plates and glasses were filthy. I washed my own plate and glass. I'm really curious about who gave you 5 stars. Was the person drunk? I think you should go to another country and stay in a 5-star hotel and learn what a 5-star hotel is. The hotel only had a good beach; the sea was wonderful. This has nothing to do with you; it's a blessing from God. That facility was probably built 50 years ago and hasn't been renovated. The workmanship in the rooms is terrible. The furniture is very old. The rooms smelled disgustingly of damp. The pillows, beds, and bedding smelled of damp and mold. Everything was very old. The towels were torn before they were worn out, and the bedding was stained and dirty. There was no ventilation in the toilet or bathroom. Beach towels were provided three days later. We changed three rooms to eliminate the moldy smell, but unfortunately, all of them smelled of mold. However, most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
