Park Hotel Bellacosta

The hotel, as of a building, looks nice, has a great View on the Mountains. The other side View is limited by the Hill, which is kind of a wall 2 metres from the balcony, so it’s good to go with a company who has a room with a mountain view to spend apres ski on THEIR balcony :) What requires immediate imrovement is the ski room - extremely small, old, no Heating available for the ski boots. The worst I have ever seen. On the other hand, the food is AMAZING, both breakfasts and dinners. Very friendly waiters. And now the though part: bartender was the worst I have ever meet. When pouring beer into glasses he was leaving a lot of foam and was asked several times to pour the correct amount of beer. Diaguisting whisky sour was amateur and not tasty. When asked for espresso Martini he used Martini (!!!) and Baileys, so after he mixed the ingredients the drink curdled… Was not drinkable, but the bartender noticed himself that the drink was not drinkable and prepared something else. When preparing drinks he did not use jiggers and puts ice cubes to glasses BEFORE pouring alcohol. As a result, the amount of alcohol he poured was not the amount paid for, so instantly he was asked for correction here. When it came to payment, the last day of our stay, we were suprised by both the amount of drinks on the check and their prices. EUR 13-15 per drink! This is VERY expensive. Our fault, we didn’t ask for the prices before ordering. We only assumed they „should” cost ca. EUR 10. And about the amount of the drinks on the check… we decided to double-check it at the reception. When you order drinks at the bar on the room, you sign a ticket for the amount and type ordered. And we saw several tickets with information „2+2” of us signed such „2+2” tickets. We were told „2+” was added afterwards upon our request (NOT TRUE), because we ordered 2 more drinks so the bartender added them to the initial tickets. There was no point in discussing with the reception desk, because the ladies were inpolite, suggesting that Perhaps we were not able to calculate how much alcohol we drank - can you imagine that…?! They kept saying that „here we have the tickets you signed” and were not bothering about what we said that we did not sign tickets in this form („2+2”). There was not a SINGLE moment they tried to support us, they didn’t even want to give us these tickets to hold them in hand! When I asked if I May take a picture of them, because I don’t have a copy of them, they even hid them telling that this a hotel’s property…. It didn’t work to say that the tickets are agreements between 2 parties and only one (the hotel) has a copy. One lady at the reception desk was also swearing in italian in front of the quests which is not acceptable. This is not about the money but about how we were treated at the reception desk when such an issue arrived. Of course, it’s a word Against word, ours Against the bartender’s, but the reception from the very beginning was unhelpful and inpoli

We choose this hotel for our Christmas holidays. Basically, it was an amazing experience! Excellent kitchen, polite and professional staff, warm and nice room, nice spa, all the details were great here. Oh, and Santa comes in Hotel for all the children!!

An excellent family run, cosy and comfortable hotel with clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Everyone were accomodating and able to find good solutions when needed for our group of skiers. The copious breakfast buffet, is for sure one of the better I've experienced in Italy. The restaurant service was also good, although some courses were way better than others, but great and friendly service by the maître. A rustic bar to chat away the evenings over an Aperol spritz or local gin juniper drink. Not to mention a top class spa to relax in after skiing. All at a comfortable distance from the Cavalese nightlife and after ski. Warmly recommended.

We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed it! Excellent kitchen and polite staff. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The location was fine, only 5-10 minutes from downtown. We’re definitely coming back 😊

This hotel definitely does not deserves 4stars. Location is quite good - 5 min by skibus to lifts. Rooms are small with very small showers, cleaned every day ( like beds and towels) but curtains are dirty and dusty, heaters are working few hours during the day, safe was broken during our stay. Wellnes area is OK with quite good saunas and rest area, but water in pool and jacuzzi definitely cold especially for kids. Food is so so. Every day the same breakfast with no any vegetables , only one coffee machine wich is not enough for this hotel (lines every day). Dinners are ok but I had better ones during my stays in other hotels in Italy. Workers and managers ( not housekeepers) are not pleasent with stony face and no knowledge of English (even basic) exept 2 receptionists. Kids room was definitely too cold, heating in the skiroom working only few hours during the day. Finally I can say that this the first time I had such a bad treatment during my winterstay in Italy. P.S. You can send me any letters from your hotel and lawyer ( I know you done it before) , but It will not scare me because whatever I said is true. I think We are living in Europe and every person has the right to express their opinions and feelengs. It better for You to listen your customers and try to improve yourself , instead of scaring them.

I stayed at hotel Bellacosta with my family from 14th to 21th December, and I will definitely be coming back! The location of the hotel is great, at a few minutes’ walk from Cavalese and a very short drive to the ski lifts. The hotel itself is a gem, the room was super comfortable and clean. The hotel itself is great and it has an amazing spa, equipped with all sorts of comforts. Exactly what you need after a day on the slopes! We stayed there half-board, and the food (both buffet and restaurant) was also great. The service was in line with all the rest: the staff was friendly and impeccable. On a less positive note, we were not very happy about all of the other guests… our stay would have been perfect, if our time at the spa had not been constantly disturbed by a group of people who were really rude and noisy! They were terrible to the staff for no reason, they treated the spa and the hotel in general as their playground, and ruined part of the vacation for the other people who were there. Luckily all the rest compensated for the inconvenience… I hope we’ll be luckier next time we come!

Hotel is located 15 min walking distance from Cavalese, 15 min by car from Alpe Cermis. Unforunately during the winter season heating in rooms didn’t work smoothly and the bathroom was so cold that we were not able to use it for descent shower after skiing. First night we reported at reception desk that room heaters didn’t work and we got the answer that they measure temperature in the room and there is 21 so the thermostat was not turning on the heaters… effectively heaters were warm 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening after our visit in reception… we were trying to talk politely to the staff in next days and reaction for our complain was always the same….and more that there is law in Trento province which indicate that temperature is about 21 degrees and that is ok… nobody wanted to hear that during the night was really cold ( perceived temperature in bathroom 18 degrees… ( After 3 days we decided to leave this hotel and we were asked for full payment for whole booking period (11 nights) . After long and very unpleasant discussion with hotel manager they charged us 50% of the full remaining unused hotel days ( as a compromise with offended faces of the managers). Very unprofessional customer approach in solving problem… anyway in the moment we decided to leave the heaters in our room became hot … but it was too late for us to wait it for that 3 days. Hotel standard for 3 stars and customer service for 1 star. We changed the hotel ( in the same province - 10 km away from Bellacosta Park Hotel) and the heaters work properly:-)

Siamo tornati in questi hotel anche quest'anno dopo la bella esperienza dello scorso anno. Non posso che confermare l'ottimo giudizio già espresso! La stanza sempre con vista spettacolare, pulizia ineccepibile, personale squisito. In sala abbiamo ritrovato Vittorio, sempre cortese e disponibile, non da meno la signora che ci ha curato con gentilezza e dolcezza ogni sera, con particolare attenzione verso la mia bimba più piccola. Sala giochi perfetta per bambini che possono giocare in autonomia o con l'animatrice e ultimo ma non ultimo.... cibo sempre squisito e vario, ancora complimenti al cuoco. A questo punto, ci rivediamo il prossimo anno, o magari già in inverno!
