Spend your day enjoying the shopping, restaurants, lounging by the multiple heated pools, the club's sports, or a round of golf at the PGA Championship Golf Course. Then watch the sunset over the mountains from your private patios.
Looking for even more adventures? We're close to downtown Palm Springs, the Aerial Tramway, Joshua Tree National Park, PSP, & all of the local favorite music/festivals.
Please note the following rules from the city that allow us to keep our permit -
- Maximum occupancy is 6, maximum for cars is 3
-No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times
- Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property
-TOT rate – 12% for Cathedral City plus 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID)About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
