The place is modern, clean, and has a full kitchen. Despite being on a busy street with lots of buses, it's surprisingly quiet and close to the center, park, and many restaurants. Before booking, contact the owners to confirm which specific apartment you'll be getting, as they have multiple with all the pictures grouped together.

I want to share with you my biggest disappointment from this place. We had our flight transferred to another town (because of Etna airport was closed) and we had our reasons not to leave because of all the inconvenience and worries around the volcano. Ferrini didn't show any kind of understanding on the issue and didn't want to compensate even partially, also didn't want to issue a voucher. Also you cannot reach anyone on the phone, they will just not pick up or call you back. The only ways of communication is whatsapp. I am sure the homes they manage will be like the poor customer service and lack of personal approach. It is force major - volcano closed the airport.

This apartment was in a great location for what we wanted to do in Catania. We could walk to everything. The 2 bedroom apartment we shared was very clean, secure, and had everything we needed. The host greeted us and was very cordial. It was nice to find a bottle of Sicilian wine waiting for us as our trip from the airport took a lot longer than expected due to a mechanical issue our car service had. I kept the informed of our progress and had no problem getting our keys.

Trata-se de um apart hotel . Ficamos esperando mais de uma hora para virem nos atender. O ap não estava limpo adequadamente e quando fomos sair a chave do portão não funcionava. Aguardamos mais uma hora para resolverem a situação. Dormimos lá neste dia mas minha esposa começou a ter crise de asma pela poeira do local e deixamos o local no dia seguinte. Pedimos restituição e estamos aguardando.
