Very nice and comfortable room, and great location. Big bathroom and breakfast is very good.

Great location. Right at the heat of Catania. Staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations for eating options. The roof top bar is must visit for great views and good food

I liked this hotel. Central and close to airport. Rooms and all Hotel very clean and excellent service. Breakfast very good too .

Love the very convenient location right in the middle of Via Etnea, walking distances to most of the major attractions. Front Office is warm and very helpful in providing us with information and map upon checking in. Room was great and very comfortable. We were an hour early for check-in, and the room we booked wasn't available then. Instead, we got a surprise to be able to check-in into a bigger room. Breakfast is fabulous with lots of choices. Highly recommended. The property is right opposite the Rinascente departmental store. Before careful if you are claiming VAT refund. My tax refund of over 200 euros was disallowed as the tax refund form prepared by them deliberately omitted the last digit of my passport number.

The location of the hotel is great - right on the hottest street of Catania downtown. The front desk staffs are very polite and friendly, especially the lady on duty on the day when we checked in (2 Jan 23). She introduced everything to us and led us to the room personally! I love this hotel, would definitely recommend it to all tourists.

Parking is a huge problem!

攜程上訂的酒店，非常完美，非常滿意，出門就是步行街，有各種精緻的商店，也有大賣場，適合各類人羣，唯一有點遺憾的是酒店頂層的酒吧，衹在晚上開放而且不能隨意進入，即使你是酒店顧客，在這裏沒有顧客是上帝的説法，還是消費和金錢比較至上

Hotel molto elegante sito su via Etnea (via dello shopping). Camere pulite e confortevoli.

Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Catania. Wir sind, dank Rita vom Empfang, kompetent und sehr freundlich beraten worden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

리셉션 직원(안나)이 너무 친절했고, 처음 접수 했던 직원의 잘못된 룸 안내를 잘 수습해 줘서 너무 감사했어요.  좁고 작은 룸에서 크고 편안한 룸으로 추가 부담없이 변경해 주었고, 따뜻한 물을 끓여서 티도 마실수 있도록 케틀 까지 빌려줘서 3일동안 투숙하는 동안 편리 했어요.  룸 사용에 불편함은 없는지? 직원분이 저녁시간 마다 방문해서 묻고, 간식까지 챙겨 주셨어요.  그리고 7층 루프탑 식당의 쉐프 솜씨가 탁월해서, 다른곳 가지 않고, 이곳에서 저녁식사를 했어요. 정말 맛있게 먹었습니다.

酒店裝修十分簡潔，一定不要錯過樓頂餐廳，正面眺望Etna全景，日落時分美哭，酒跟餐也很好，值得收藏回憶。

地理位置優越，步行可以到市中心的主要景點，房間乾淨整齊，服務人員非常友善，酒店附近很多餐廳，早餐非常多樣化和豐富。

在中心區，去玩都很方便。早餐很豐盛，房間很乾凈（自帶小陽台），前台服務也很好非常耐心。就是房間隔音有點差，在房間都能聽到隔壁房打電話聲音。總之還是很滿意的
