What an amazing stay. Alessandra and Giussepe are so warm and welcoming. The rooms are top notch. The bedding amazing. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. Beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was perfect with many choices, and all prepared by our hosts. What made this one of the best places we ever stayed was the service. Alessandra and Giussepe helped us at every turn. From arranging car service from/to the airport, helping us rebook our Mt Etna tour on short notice, pointing us in the right direction for food and drinks, and giving us perfect instructions to visit Taormina by bus; they did it all. If you want a beautiful room in a refurbished building with excellent service, you must stay here. It was one of our best stays in Sicily and set the bar very high!

We could not fault this hotel B&B. Room was beautiful. Breakfast excellent and the information given about the area was the best we have ever had from a hotel. Really clean and some lovely little touches. The owners obviously put a lot of thought and care into running this place down to the finest detail. I cannot praise this place enough . Location is great too

We called this our "Hidden Gem"! We loved this B&B! The owners were so nice and accommodating! They even were up at 3;45 AM to help with our luggage. They reached out to a local taxi driver to get us to our Etna tour and to an early flight out. The breakfast was delicious. It was very personal; you ordered what you wanted the night before and they served it to you, not your typical buffet set up. The room was large and comfortable, it was quiet and we slept very well. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful time.

My wife and I spent four nights at Ciuri di Strata while in Catania for a friend's wedding. We have stayed in many places in many cities around the world and this is one of our favorites anywhere. The building was restored recently, so you get to enjoy the beautiful 1920s ceilings and tile floors with modern comforts. The B&B is quiet, well maintained, and very clean. Alessandra and Giuseppe are perfect hosts. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed their warm hospitality and friendliness. The daily breakfast is a highlight! Don't miss the freshly pressed juice.

Ciuri di Strata is a perfect base for exploring Catania and extremely well located for all the fantastic restaurants and bars. Our room was beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings and a lovely little balcony overlooking the private garden at the back. Great attention to detail and delicious breakfasts. We would love to return one day.

Alessandra and Giuseppe are just the best hosts and they have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The hotel rooms have been beautifully renovated to an incredibly high standard. They are bright (with high and beautifully painted ceilings) and spacious, the bedlinen and towels of premium quality. The hotel is quiet and super clean, in a good location close to the centre and the sights. You get to chose your breakfast every day. The airport bus drops off less than 5 minutes walk away. I cannot recommend Ciuri di Strata enough and I would most definitely come back again.
