Wifi in the room didn’t work I had to check twice with the reception but it didn’t work I had to go to the lobby to access wifi. Despite having allowed to check out at 1pm housekeeper still knocked on my door at 12pm. Receptionist gave wrong info about going to the city. They made mistake with my number of luggages. Very disappointed with this Marriott property

A great hotel with a perfect location right in the city centre. Can highly recommend and would stay again!

Nice location and helpful staff. No problem on everything.

The room size is acceptable, cleaning wise is fine, however, only rooms on M floor is newly renovated, other floors are with old facilities especially the windows were very hard to be fully closed and the air-conditioning not working properly. Day time is very hot and stuffy in the room , luckily night time is cooler.

Midday checkout was perfect for us as we went for a run in Bute park before leaving. Hotel in ideal position, close to train station, shops and Utilita arena

2nd time staying there. In an Executive Suite. Amazing! Hotel lobby and staff fantastic! Room well equipped, clean and very comfy bed. Executive lounge 10/10 . Would defently stay there for a 3rd time!

Nice hotel room and environment is good. But their house keeping without good liaison after we left the room, they failed to do it.

Hotel had work going on which was noisy. Had to chang3 rooms which was a pain. Location is great for shopping and concert venues

Not impressed. Stayed at the Marriot in Edinburgh the week before and was 100% happy so booked the Marriot in Cardiff. Very disappointed. Will not stay again.

The staffs are so helpful. The location is very great and convenient.

Really love this hotel and the location right in the centre! I always choose to stay here. Staff are super friendly and rooms are nice and clean. Car park under the hotel (at an extra cost of £18pn) The only difficult thing is getting to the hotel by car, as it sends you down a bus/taxi lane which can be confusing.
