Standard room. Nothing special about it. Cheap fit out. No cheap prices being charged though. Empty wine bottles, coffee cup, disposable tray of food dumped out by benches in the garden. All benches had bird droppings. Could not sit on any of them. Breakfast served until 11am. Staff not happy to see us at 10.50am. Ate in all 3 dining facilities. Bishop's Buttery & breakfast was fine. Mikey Ryan's is one to avoid although the drinks are actually cheaper.

What a wonderful nite, we had afternoon tea which was so so lovely & dined in Mikey Ryan’s for dinner which was beautiful. Rooms were so comfortable, staff very friendly, definitely see were they get there 5 stars it was gorgeous. Lorraine Keogh & family

Just a fabulous 24 hours from start to finish. Staff were very attentive, pool beautiful and great gardens to have a drink in the sun. Breakfast was relaxing and until 11 so time to get in a morning swim.we had a garden room with doors to terrace which was great in the nice weather. We’ll be back

DINED IN CASHEL PALACE YESTERDAY⁷ AND WAS SO DISSAPPOINTED I WAS ONE OF A GROUP IF 60 FOR LUNCH IT WAS SELF SEEVICE VERY VERY SLOW THE CHOICE WAS GREEN SALAD POTATO SALAD GREENBEAN SALAD BEETROOT SALAD BEEF STROGONOFF SLAMON CREAMED POTATOES RICE ALL SERVED AT ONCE ON CILD PLATES LEMON TART(HOMEMADE I DOUBT) TEA IR COFFEE PETIT FOURS PRICE 75E SERVICE TERRIBLE DID NOT FEEL WELCOME BY ANY STAFF MEMBER WHEN WE REQUESTED WINE WE WERE TOLD BAR WAS CLISED 2 LADIES WALKED TO BUTTERY PURCHED 2 GLASSES IF WINE AT 14E PER GLASS AND HAD TO CARRY THEM THEMSELVES RO BALLROOM IS THIS 5× SERVICE WILLNOT BE RECOMMENDING CASHEL PALACE II WAS PART OF A GROUP OF 60 VERY DISSAPOINTED LADIES

Just returned from a beautiful stay at the Cashel Palace Hotel. My husband booked this for my birthday and also a little staycation as I'm pregnant. This has been one of the best staycations we've been on. The hotel really is beautiful and we had such a relaxing stay. The staff are amazing and all the small details were so unexpected and added so much to our experience. I wish our stay was longer it was that good. Everything was perfect. The spa facilities were excellent and the indoor outdoor pool is a must when staying. Breakfast was also so nice and filling. We came away from this hotel with nothing but good things to say and can't recommend this hotel enough. We can't wait to return. Special thank you to Lyndsey who also made our stay extra special. We are really appreciative and the stay was such a memorable one for us.

We spent two nights at the hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, the service is spot on, and the restaurants are all excellent. The room was very comfortable and the beds were perfect. The view from the window over the gardens was lovely. I highly recommend!

My friends and I were made feel like royalty from the moment we stepped into this beautiful hotel. Friends brought me for afternoon tea for my milestone birthday which the staff were aware of. They gave me a card & a beautiful Cashel Palace scented Candle. The service, the food the atmosphere was 100% from the moment we arrived until we left. Could not have felt more welcome and special. A truly special treat and an afternoon tea to remember. Thank you Cashel Palace for an amazing experience.

4.5 stars. It’s a beautiful hotel - we stayed in a main house avenue suite and it was lovely. Great bathroom, bed, and overall layout with a pretty view. There were also complimentary waters, juices and snacks in the room plus a nice bottle of wine. Our meal at Bishop’s Buttery was great and breakfast was good too. The common area spaces and gardens are gorgeous. Pre-arrival communication was good. The only slight negative was our welcome - we drove up and while a girl came out to greet us, she didn’t seem equipped to take our luggage or park our car. We carried our bags in ourselves and check-in was perfunctory - missing the warmth of other hotels. The same girl guided us upstairs to our room - meanwhile we carried our heavy bags up and later learned there was an elevator we could have taken. Perhaps she was new and still learning - but we certainly did not receive the same seamless welcome that others have mentioned in their reviews. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Hotel is 5 star experience in heart of Cashel with perfect views of the Rock of Cashel and direct access from beautiful gardens. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are very well laid out. Spa area is fabulous. Restaurant choice and food is perfect. Highly recommend.
