Stayed here in May 2023 for one night in a Romantic Quadruple Room. It was quite a newly refurbished room in a centuries-old residence, with modern facilities. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a good view of the surrounding mountains and countryside. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mario, who always served with a smile. I enjoyed my breakfast there as well. However, there’s no free parking. You could park at the big public parking at the foot of the town (hotel provided an all-day parking ticket for €5). Cascia is a small town built on a hill. So the Basilica, shops and eateries are within walking distance from the hotel. Use the lifts and escalators around if you have difficulties walking uphill. I would definitely recommend this place to stay and I would stay here again if I’m back in Cascia.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte a Palazzo Franceschini e siamo rimasti davvero colpiti. La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel cuore del centro storico di Cascia, e l’atmosfera del palazzo è unica: elegante, accogliente, curata in ogni dettaglio. Un grazie speciale a Elisa e Giada, che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal nostro arrivo. Sono state sempre presenti e disponibili, con una gentilezza rara. Ci hanno anche riservato una bellissima sorpresa: un upgrade gratuito nella camera Romantic, davvero splendida. Altro punto a favore: parcheggio gratuito, comodo e molto utile se si arriva in auto. È stato un soggiorno breve ma davvero perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente, e lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia vivere Cascia in un ambiente speciale, curato e gestito con passione.

Esperienza meravigliosa
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione di un viaggio in Umbria. La struttura è un palazzo antico ristrutturato di recente e molto bene, infatti la camera era ben arredata e dotata di un bagno moderno con grande doccia. La qualità dei servizi è impeccabile e la pulizia è ottima. Staff molto disponibile e cortese. Ben fornita la colazione. Da consigliare.

Una meravigliosa esperienza. Camera da sogno in una struttura d altri tempi. Il personale di una gentilezza unica .. Colazione buona ma forse ad essere pignoli l unica cosa da migliorare. Nel prossimo soggiorno a Cascia ci tornero' sicuramente

Seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura. Unico neo negativo che abbiamo trovato la struttura completamente avvolta da una impalcature perché in Faso di ampliamento. Camera rossa ottima, colazione super Personale gentile e disponibile Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare

Ci sono andato con la famiglia per visitare il santuario di Santa Rita. Accoglienza perfetta, personale professionale e attento ai particolari, pulizia top, colazione ottima e abbondante. Avendo mia moglie in sedia a rotelle ho notato una grande disponibilita verso le persone con disabiltá. Super consigliato.

Abbiamo prenotato al Palazzo Franceschini per poter stare vicini alla basilica ed in un hotel più distinto delle classiche case dei pellegrini. Sicuramente il Palazzo Franceschini rispecchia in toto l'eleganza e la cortesia che promettono sul sito. Le camere sono grandi e confortevoli. Abbiamo pernottato in quelle storiche, con affreschi del 1600. Unica pecca, sarebbe stato utile un armadio o punto di appoggio per le valigie. Colazione eccezionale, approfittate dei cubi di sfoglia caldi da riempire!!!
