Thankyou for a wonderful stay in your 2 bedroom cottage. We really loved everything, the beds, how well equipped the kitchen was, the views from the decking and out fantastic car that was at the airport waiting for us on our arrival. Thankyou Phil and Teneille

What a lovely week we had at The Ridge... Teneille and Phil are such wonderful hosts. The unit was bright, modern, clean and very comfortable... especially the king sized bed! The view over Cascade Bay was gorgeous yet we were so close to town! The whole process was just so easy with a great car included in the price and available to us as soon as we landed at the airport. And Teneille was generous in allowing us to access the unit right up until our flight departed and then give us the car to get to the airport. It just made for a wonderfully relaxing experience. Thankyou Teneille, we will be back!

Perfect holiday accommodation. The Ridge is beautifully renovated and refurbished. Close to all Norfolk activity & scenic spots. Outstanding gardens and surrounds with a million dollar view. From the warm friendly welcome from Phil and Teneille, to the well-appointed spacious One-Bedroom Ocean View Cottage we enjoyed a very relaxed and wonderful time at The Ridge. The gorgeous views of the serene Cascade Bay area were superb. We enjoyed having lunch platters and wine on the deck, just staring across the hills towards the ocean. And it was an easy drive into town for a good coffee and meal. The cottage was beautifully furnished and the decor elegant, cheerful and modern. The king bed was very comfortable and the large bathroom had all the touches you would see in the best hotels. The shower was always hot and the pressure strong. The free mobile phone proved to be very useful when away from a wi-fi signal. The parking was plentiful and easy to access. The driveway was well signposted. The Starlink Wifi signal was strong at all times. Phil and Teneille were excellent hosts. They were always available to help with a winning smile and a chat. We would love to revisit one day, and will be recommending The Ridge to everyone we know. Steve & Louise

Ideally located and beautifully fitted out, The Ridge is our favourite place to stay on Norfolk Island. Gorgeous views, a very comfortable bed and friendly, helpful hosts make for the perfect holiday. We look forward to returning and recommend it to anyone contemplating a relaxing holiday in a fascinating place.

It’s the attention to detail that makes a difference. Phil kindly met us at the airport and guided us to our rental car then back to the Ridge. The rooms were clean and attractively furnished, plenty of space for two. Kitchen had everything you need, the eggs and milk in the fridge were greatly appreciated as we cooked breakfast on two days and prepared some evening meals but other times ate out at one of the eateries suggested by Phil and Teneille. Our ocean view cottage was aptly named with fantastic views from the back deck which was also a great place for stargazing at night. It’s worth remembering that the stargazing is good as there is so little light pollution out in the Pacific and equally worth remembering to bring a torch too for moonless nights. We used the phone provided to talk to tour operators which was really handy. Would recommend this property and we hope to return one day.
