For shared use: garden, swimming pool fenced (depth 100 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 30.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower. Private: terrace. In the house: washing machine. Communal covered parking space n 97 at 36 m. Shop 350 m, supermarket 900 m, restaurant 83 m, bakery 350 m, pub garden 83 m, bus stop "Cruce Casares" 1.2 km.
