Nice hotel, good location in Casapulla. Housekeeping - top notch. Breakfast - average. Service desk - “hit or miss”. Some are great people and will try to help and accommodate to the best of their power and abilities. If you are from USA and meet Mara, you’ll end up in room 108, where the air conditioner doesn’t work properly, the fridge is just for decor (you can use it to “warm”things up if you want) during high 90deg weather and the shower doesn’t have a proper waterproof seal around the frame. We did complain, problem was assessed and never fixed. After numerous complaints we were - finally - given a more decent room where the fridge and AC were working. After we moved -sure enough - room 108 was passed (unfortunately) to other American tourist(s). For the seasoned traveler the hotel is definitely not a 4 stars (except the price). A 2 star rating is already too much based on my personal experience. That is not the way to start a vacation that you planned for the past 20 years. And first impression does count….
