I had an absolutely fantastic Thai massage with Lin, a master of Thai massages. The Japanese restaurant serves the absolute best sushi I’ve had outside Japan..Finally, our lovely Maltese Yasmine was greeted with her own personalised bathroom towel and bed, in a room that planned in every detail for the guest’s comfort.

Everything and everyone was simply exceptional. From the time I entered the hotel till the time that I sadly departed, it was magical. The staff, rooms, restaurants, gym, etc all exceptional. Well done Royal Mansour, you made it difficult for us to leave, and nearly impossible to bench make others to your level!

We tried the Tamuda bay and loved it so much. In Casablanca when you enter, the most striking in the wide hall is the beautiful floral decoration. Restaurants are top class, Wine list unique in Morocco. The hotel facilities and services are very qualitative. A beautiful experience

The Royal Mansour Hotel in Casablanca is relatively new. Lobby is really nice. Lots of staff a hand and all friendly and helpful. The bedroom was as expected and a decent size with both quality furnishings and included a coffee maker and separate kettle for tea. High quality fittings in bathroom. Bed comfortable. Nice nibbles and vino on arrival. Breakfast was great on 23rd floor. Service very good each day. Some confusion on our Fast Pass at the airport. We did not receive it on entry to Morocco nor on exit in spite of Conversations with the concierge (this was supposed to be part of our package). But these small things happen. Overall excellent and would highly recommend.

首先这家酒店叫 Royal Mansour，不叫艾美度假。 酒店整体设施超一流，是我迄今为止唯一住过的配备摇表器的酒店，提供的免费餐食和酒店用品都是顶级的。 要提一下guest service部门，非常helpful，我们当时希望预定卡萨很火的一家餐厅 Lily's，因为餐厅没有线上预约，我也不会说法语，很难沟通，就跟酒店说让他们帮忙定位。靠窗位置是非常难定的，特别是提前一天，但是酒店的staff强势要求餐厅帮我们预留，于是第二天我们看到了超美的晚霞并且吃了一顿很开心的晚饭。 整体服务在五星之上，但相比文华和四季，这里的服务让人觉得有些严肃，不是特别joyful的氛围。 另外一点建议是，希望all staff should learn English well, esp the ones at reception desk. 早餐的服务人员很可爱，他家早餐有菠菜芦笋这些平时吃不到的蔬菜，不限量供应，感动～ Spa属于中规中矩，但是locker都不太好使，柜门打不开差点耽误我的时间。
