For a Novotel hotel, customer care and services were relatively poor. Location is great and walkable to old Town. Reception customer service was very bad in a shabby dark corner of the arrival lobby. No excitement and no welcoming feeling at all. Overall, it is just ok. Room is small but good views perhaps. Amenities are not enough.

Room is clean and comfortable. We have a good view in our room. Close to Train Station and old town. By taxi to Hassan II Mosque around 15 - 20mad only.

Location in the city centre, 20 minutes walking distance to shopping malls or the beach. Many restaurants and food courts are available nearby. Room facilities are quite clean and tidy.

Excellent Property Good Location. Little construction going on the plot next to it causing little bit noise discomfort other that superb choice for any traveller

Beautiful hotel, the room was nice and cozy. It is close to the train station - CASA Port. You can have a buffet for 290 dirham.

I visited again, but the counter staff remembered me and gave me wonderful service. The night view is so beautiful, it is a very recommended accommodation because it is close to the station and close to the tourist attraction.

Very good experience overall. Staff were so friendly & accommodating to all my needs. Location is central so easily accessible to all the attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff in the daytime is very nice and professional. Attentive with good customer service. But the hotel at night would trick you for money. There’s no pick up service even you called/ paid. A good stay though.
