Great stay. Room was modern and clean. Breakfast was good. Cannot complain about anything. Also rooftop pull and restaurant was great. Room was ready for early check in and was given a late checkout too!! Kinda far from the sites but it doesn’t matter since the tram is down the street and Careens are like 3 dollars.

My name is Jinho Shin. I stayed at 501 During my recent three-day visit to Morocco, I had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Casablanca. As someone who owns hotels in the United States, I have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and I must say that this property exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was the exceptional professionalism, kindness, and courtesy shown to both my wife and me by the entire staff. From the front desk team to the housekeepers, everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed. The breakfast offered each morning was excellent, and I chose to dine at the hotel's restaurant for all three dinners during our stay. The food was outstanding, reasonably priced, and the waitstaff provided impeccable service, treating us with great respect and warmth. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca, especially travelers from the United States, who will appreciate the high standards of hospitality and service.

This would be 0 stars for me, I don’t think I have ever stayed in a worst hotel ever and I have stayed in some bad ones. Where do I start: 1. The room, AC was super loud and worst of all the floor tiles in the bathroom were super slippery. This is a hazard a super dangerous, whilst they put mats in the shower (incidentally also slippery), if you had a shower the floor would be super slippery from the steam and nearly fell 2/3 times even with slippers. My nieces had to checkout from one room as their AC was not working. The shower has strong and soft pressure intermittently so all in all disastrous. 2. Service, tried to call the lobby twice with no luck and had to go down twice. Overall front office staff was sloppy. 3. Housekeeping, was there 2 nights and after the first one left the room and put the “make up my room sign” when I came back at 3pm room has not been cleaned. When they did come at 6 after I left for dinner, they didn’t leave any clean towels, didn’t take the empty water bottles. Also the fixed soap bottles in the shower had not been refilled Whilst I understand there is different levels of hotels, there is a minimum requirement. Don’t understand how Marriott allows this hotel to be in their portfolio! Suggest you stay away from here at all cost.

Got upgraded to a premium room, I think it means a small room with a patio area. Hotel shower area lacks shower gel bottle and the conditioner bottle was empty. Breakfast starts at 6:30am, but hot food weren’t available till 6:45am. This hotel resides in a neighborhood that has a Pizza hut and coffee shop and that’s pretty much it. The rooftop bar is nicely decorated, it’s worth a try. It’s clean and staff is courteous.

This is a newly opened hotel. It’s centrally located with easy to public transportation. Hotel design is very cool and eye catching. Front Office staff are friendly and kind, my membership was recognized and appreciated. I do recommend this property for travelers seeking pleasant stay in Casablanca given with care and comfort .

First, I informed the hotel when I booked our rooms that we might be an hour earlier for check in and to see if they can give us our rooms. The hotel replied in the positive so I thought I was covered. Due to reasons not related to this review, we arrived at the hotel at 2.55pm, which is 5 minutes before official check in time. Guess what, they asked us to wait for 5 minutes. After flying for nearly 16 hours, it was Hobsons Choice as far as I was concerned so I waited. After waiting for 10 minutes, no one told us that our room was ready (the reception was not busy at all!), which prompted me to go and ask for my room. Only at that time, did they start the check in process. If I didn’t come over, I was very certain that the staff would’ve kept me waiting until for much longer. Totally an inauspicious start. During the check in process I noticed that the reception staff took a copy of my visa, which left me rather suspicious 🤨. I travel all over the world and whilst hotels take a copy of the passport data sheet, never had I experienced my visa being copied. My only assumption was that my skin colour was brown so they were taking additional precautions (maybe), but rest assured I felt extremely offended. I booked a standard room and boy was it standard. From its size, I felt it was the same size as an Ibis room but for the price I paid, I didn’t feel that I was getting value for money. The breakfast was pretty basic but having visited French territories before, I’ve developed a taste for French baguettes so enjoyed those for breakfast. At least they had chicken sausages since I don’t eat beef or pork, so this was a major advantage. Overall, I’d rate the stay as average and I’ve given the same rating. I’d also say think twice. I’m on my way to stay at the Courtyard in Dubai so let’s see how they compare with the one in Casablanca.

During our recent stay, we had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Hamza Slaoui, the manager at Courtyard Marriott Casablanca Downtown. Hamza was extremely professional, helpful, and kind, making every interaction memorable. He genuinely took care of all our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. His genuine, caring nature and hard work were evident in every interaction. We were so impressed with his dedication and attention to detail. We highly recommend that all guests seek out Hamza Slaoui for any assistance. His exceptional service truly made our stay special, and we can't wait to see him again on our next visit. Adoramos a nossa estadia. Hotel limpo, staff impecável, o nosso quarto familiar era enorme e super confortável. A cama era óptima. Pequeno-almoço suficiente. Boa localização entre o centro e Corniche. Parque de estacionamento e piscina no rooftop só para refrescar.
