I had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly and even helped me carry my luggage to my room. The reception staff were well-spoken and provided all the necessary details about my stay. The room was spotless, spacious (especially for the price I got on Trip.com), and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the automated lighting and loved the small balcony, which could be opened for fresh air. Breakfast was superb, offering a variety of options beyond the usual fare. In addition to Moroccan dishes and French pastries, there was a selection of well-seasoned Chinese and other Asian foods, which added a unique touch. The service and overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I also want to commend the hardworking and kind Filipino staff I met during my stay—they spoke highly of the hotel and contributed to the excellent experience. This hotel truly deserves more recognition for its outstanding service and quality.

Great location although very challenging when our taxi reach the hotel.

The hotel room is simple and clean with nice details, such as wall-socket with USB port, blackout curtain (means a lot if you’re changing time zone), and hair-dryer etc. Sitting in the very Chinese style dining hall, enjoying complimentary Chinese breakfast with background music and occasional parrot voice jam-in, I once had illusion of being in “Joy Luck Club”-like movie, rather amazing. If you look for budget hotel in the city, highly recommend.

This is an awesome hotel in the busy Casablanca! Yassir was very helpful to us, they made us a breakfast bag for our early bus the next day. The room is so cool, with a wonderful shower. TV was not working but that's ok. You have to walk a bit for the mosque however it is a nice walk passing by some beautiful places to see. I do recommend this hotel very much and they have a restaurant with Chinese food, I regret not having tried!

cheap and best hotel, supportive staff

I stayed here for one night and it was worth it! The room was clean and most importantly the bathroom was big!! I had a tasty Chinese breakfast in the morning. The staff were so lovely and helpful! Definitely going there if ever I visit Casablanca again!

The service was impeccable, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall ambiance made for a memorable stay.

華人開設的酒店，同時也是餐廳。餐廳做的不錯，出門在外，還是中餐好吃，而且，味道絲毫不比國內差，分量還大，就是貴了點（但整個摩洛哥中餐都很貴）。酒店房間也是中國人的思維，有拖鞋有熱水有4瓶免費水，甚至還有辛拉麪，太瞭解國人了。乾淨整潔，除了馬桶有不乾膠（可能是上一個客人一次性馬桶墊留下的）沒清理乾淨，其他都沒問題，達到了國內全季和桔子的標準。不過隔音不行，晚上就不説一樓餐廳嘈雜的中國客人，還有其他雜音，戴耳塞才入睡。

超級垃圾的一個酒店：賣那麼貴：完全是中國人騙中國人：房間沒打掃：洗手間毛巾黑的發黃：完全是那幾個中國字騙中國去住：説真的這個價格在中國人就80元：在摩洛哥能住到比這個好幾倍的酒店：都不明白4.5分那來的：住的**也多：就是垃圾：看看這毛巾有多臟：好無語啊：都是中國人本來説這個不太好：無奈 見過七八百塊錢的酒店窗簾是這樣子的嗎？

酒店位於卡薩老城區，有軌電車兩站之間，步行至大廣場七八分鐘時間，位置還可以，典型的中國人開的酒店，除了遊客也有不少駐外工作人員入住，主要還是飲食最對中國人的胃，解決了最大的吃飯問題，周邊有兩三個小超市。總體來説性價比很高，值得推薦。

房間相對比較乾淨，唯一缺點就是靠近老城區，馬路上閑雜人員較多，晚上時不時有打架鬥毆事件發生，服務員態度很好。

酒店位置還蠻好的，附近很多咖啡館，路口就有麥當勞還有烤**！具體情況看我之前的評價，因為這次摩洛哥之行從卡薩開始，最後玩一圈回到卡薩走的，最後離開最後一晚還是入住了這！相對於海邊而言，風景和環境要遜色很多！但性價比較高！老城區的安全係數也比海邊低！東方酒店還是推薦國人住的，至少有中餐！
