SpringHill Suites Raleigh Cary

Stayed two nights here while attending the US Open Golf championship at Pinehurst, about an hour’s drive to the south. This was a comfortable and convenient base. Our double queen room featured a separate sitting area with a workspace and what might pass for a mini-kitchen. The room was spacious, clean and contemporarily furnished. Yes, the TV was oddly placed but that was never a concern. Despite being very busy at our Saturday arrival (there appeared to be a youth baseball tournament in the area), all was quiet and orderly throughout our stay. Breakfasts were in line with expectations for the typical included-with-rate style and were more than adequate. Along with a couple other brand-name hotels, there are a couple dining options sharing the same complex within walking distance but Crossroads Plaza, a short drive, offers pretty much anything you could want. There’s a pool and small fitness center on site. I found this to be a comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced stopover in the Raleigh area. Would visit again if the opportunity arose.

Stayed here for our travel swim meet at TAC. Stayed 2 nights. The room was good size. The shower was perfect! We slept 5 comfortably. Jose at the front desk went over & beyond letting us get a 1pm check out which helped out a lot. Much appreciated!!! The only 2 disappointments were that the refrigerator could be bigger for a suite & there was no filter water in the gym - first Marriott property to not have this. Heard Fairfield next door did. They had filter water available between 7-10am for the breakfast. Offered water fountain water, no thank you.

My flight arrived early, and Vanessa at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind to get a room ready for me and near the elevator. Every time I walked past during my visit, she was very friendly and smiled (genuinely), and made me feel very welcome. Her warm, smart, caring nature is definitely an asset for this hotel and company. Thanks again, Vanessa, for making my trip memorable for all the right reasons! :)

This hotel is a great stay! The service was wonderful and housekeeping and the Vanessa at the desk really went the extra mile! The suites were big and the beds were very comfy! Very convenient to all the surrounding areas and good food! Breakfast was okay and the pool is small but very well maintained. The hotel was clean and would definitely stay again!!

Hotel was clean. Good location by restaurants and shopping. My shoutout goes to Vanessa at the front desk who is amazing! She always greeted you with a smile and said hello and have a nice day. Kind and helpful. We need more people like her in this world!

I was in business training all day at the hotel. I needed medication from a nearby pharmacy but had no transportation. I inquired at the desk if delivery was available in the area. Chris volunteered to go get my medication and bring it to me. He was so kind and didn't even want me to repay him, but of course I did and added something extra! Chris saved my day! Awesome staff and hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at Springhill suites at Cary. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed the indoor pool. Love the fact the rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Perfect for our whole family to sleep well. I want to mention Mrs Reina Morales especially as she went above and beyond to help me find my lost items that I left behind. I called the hotel when I realized I had left my precious rosary bracelet and escapulario. They have a big sentimental value to me. At first, someone told me they couldn’t find it. When I called again and asked to speak to housekeeping, she was so nice and understanding and went all out to really help me find it. I really appreciate her kindness and caring attitude. Muchísimas gracias Reina que Dios me la bendiga siempre. Employees like her are hard to find. She made my stay wonderful. We will be back if we go to Raleigh. Our stay was excellent, I just received my lost items by mail. Thank you so much to your wonderful staff, especially Reina.

The staff was super helpful and friendly including Vanessa. Our first room had an AC unit that was a little loud and I needed to study. It was taken care of right away. Our room was clean and comfortable and the bartender (sorry, I forget his name!) was excellent and friendly as well.

Hotel is very well-situated in Cary to a variety of restaurants/activities. The staff is very professional, respectful, and understanding. In particular, I wanted to thank Vanessa at the front desk. She assisted my family and I when we had flight issues. We were so appreciative of her help!
