We left the hotel and left within 2 hours, it was not what I paid for, for example: - AC was not working - I called the desk 3 times to check the AC and help me with the safe box and nobody came. - They said they had snack bar and there was no snack bar, one lady handing out potato’s, they only had 1 snack, no choices or anything like that, no snack bar at all. - No internet at all, I need to connect for work and internet did not work, when I connected it was less that 2 MB and disconnected and could not connect again. - When I asked for towels for the pool for my kids they gave me 2 towels that I thought they used them to clean the floors, they were stained and they were torn. The customer service manager (Lisa Gonzalez) said she was going to help but she did not help at all, she said they “offered” another room and ******* could not cancelled the reservation when we left in less than 2 hours, we lost $2,000, worst hotel ever, nothing, not one single good thing to say about this hotel, is a complete scam. This is the only time I needed help from ******* and they took the side of the hotel even when we left in less than 2 hours, the whole experience was BAD
