整體比較符合預期。地點非常好，在老城的正中心，值得一提的是，一切設施都非常乾淨。稍微有一點點的擁擠。

I had good experience. I stayed in this hostels for about eight days. I got to meet nice people, it was good environment. If you’re going solo, this is the place to be. only one problem no one shows you around of this place when you arrive there.you have to figure out yourself. No one shows you where is the lockers, or bathroom or the bed’s are. but, overall it was good experience, I made few friends in this hostel.

This place was a literal hot mess. They barely put on the A/C, which keeps the rooms about 85° (F)/29°(C). I used to come here a couple years ago, and it was always kept SUPER cool. Not sure what happened. Also, the bathrooms/showers are disgusting. The water doesn't drain well, so the whole place gets flooded. The workers at the desk are very non social, and barely even look at you. They just stay on their phone the whole time. I heard a lady in the bed next to me saying that she had discovered lice on her bed. I made multiple complaints to the staff regarding the heat, but nothing was every done. Stay away and go with a different hostel! It's overpriced for what they actually offer.

Cool place right in center of walled city. Comfortable and clean. Forms with curtains were great, and we also had a private room. Pool/jacuzzi looked kind of yucky so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was good. Our family (2 adults and 1 teen) had a private room plus 1 dorm bed. Private room didn’t have windows and was a little stuffy, but it was ok. No hot water. The vibe/decor was nice and interesting.

The hostel is quite organized and the capsules are good to have some privacy. There is only one room though, which means it can be very noisy sometimes. Only 3 complete bathrooms, so, if it is weenkend or the city is full of tourists, you can take hours to get to the shower. Location is excellent and the price is very fair!

The bedsheets weren’t changed (we tried 4 different beds and all were dirty from previous guests) bed boxes were not clean, you have to hurry up through breakfast as there isn’t enough space for everyone, not enough toilets and showers for the number of guests. I missed a nice common area to hangout. I was supposed to stay for 4 nights, ended up leaving earlier.

This place is simply terrible. We paid 25€/night (not cheap for Colombia) and when we arrived they told us that we have to pay for the towels and to wash the dishes ourselves after breakfast. When they showed me my bed it was obvious that the bedsheets were dirty: there were hairs from someone else. I asked to change them and the guy came with bedsheets taken from some other bed and not even freshly washed. Then I found a bug in the bed (see picture). Then this hostel has 40 beds and only 6 toilets..they are always dirty and busy, no soap, not properly working..The breakfast is nothing special but the problem is that there is not enough seats for everyone, you need to take turns to eat. One day we could not wait and had to skip it. Overall we spent a lot of time waiting for turns for toilets and breakfast. I would never go back and actually decided to sleep somewhere else for one day. Never recommended

We had an amazing time. The hostel is near everything. We had the private room, it was perfect, the price was right, super nice, comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful, same with everyone who works there. Breakfast was delicious, the coffee is out of this world. Also, the front desk staff recommended a company for tours, we took two and we had the best time, super organized and trustworthy, the price was excellent too. The Clock is super recommended, and we will be back for sure. Thank you for having us.
