The water to take a shower was always cold never got warm even the hot tub was cold. Also, I was suppose to have a working washer and dryer and there was no dryer and it was complicated to get anything dried. I wouldn’t come here again.

Was not quiet rooms all Have vents to open areas can hear others all hours of night lots of noise but besides the night noise 9 nights in a row everything else was great

I stayed for a few days. The staff was friendly, hotel was very clean, and close to some restaurants which were a walkable distance away

The beds need to be updated. Very uncomfortable. Some utensils had mold. The coffee machine cannot be used because it had mold inside. The jacuzzi was also with mold. Apartment needs to be clean better.

It was a really nice Hotel, the staff was helpful and the room was amazing. The views from the rooftop are pool is breathtaking and would definitely come back here again .

Nice and secure building with splendid rooms, well furnished and equipped. Airconditioners work very well and keeps you cool throughout your stay. All of the workers were very nice and supportive. However, my room smelt like sewage intermittently throughout my 3 day stay. I constantly got bites all over my legs and I couldn't identify the source to determine if it was due to bed bugs or some other insect. The location is also a significant distance from the downtown area, so expect a 30mins drive to the Clock tower and other fun spots. The gym is nothing to write home about...1 rickety spin bike that's falling apart, 1 old treadmill and 1 more equipment. The apartment also charges a significant cleaning fee but they make no effort to clean the apartment nor replace the beddings or towels throughout the stay. The internet in the rooms is not particularly fast as I struggled to connect during work calls, although the internet in the coworking room on the ground floor is exponentially better. The shower doesn't work well, as the water quickly alternates between very hot and cold, with very low water pressure. Overall, I will not recommend.
