Super 8 by Wyndham Carroll anmeldelser

While traveling we booked a room at a short notice and while this town has three Super 8's this one was priced quite a bit lower. That should have been the first clue. We had to wait a bit for someone to come to the counter to check us in, the hallway seemed musty, and there are very few plug-ins to charge phones, etc. The shower had good pressure and heat; however, the bed felt like it wanted to roll us to the middle. Breakfast was basic to be able to say it was offered, but not much else. If you need a cheap play to stay, this is perfect for you. I really hope they try more, because it could be a perfect spot when traveling through the area.

I tried to get the largest room available. I could only get a 2 queen with a roll out. When I got to the hotel to check in there was no one at the front desk. I called on the desk phone to zero as a sign directed. No answer. 2nd try, nothing. I yelled down the hall, again no response. I ended up calling Wyndham and they were able to get someone. They give me a room, key doesn't work. Battery is dying on the lock. I was told the truck to get it open and told to just deal with it. Get inside, no roll out. I was told they would bring it later which they did by 7:00. Beds were comfortable but that was the only positive. Breakfast was basically non-existent plus the area was so gross that we didn't try it. We got packed up and realized our suitcase was covering vomit that wasn't cleaned up. Overall terrible experience and do not recommend!

If you want dirty rooms stay there. The shower rug looked like it had blood on it. Someone tried to come into the room in the morning while I was in the shower. Good thing I had the chain on the door.

What more do I need to say. Property is on it’s very last leg. Toilet did not flush. Small, cramped outdated rooms. The clothes hanging rack was coming out of the wall beside me ready to fall on my head. We had to use vacant rooms the next morning to relieve ourselves. Just plain awful

This one was the same price as the Days Inn, and due to state baseball. I was unable to stay at my normal hotel so I was forced to stay here. The property was dirty. It had the hallways covered in trash. It was dingy dark. The rooms were not working properly to get the key cards in and out, my lights will flicker whenever I would move in bed. I had to move the whole bed away from the wall just to get the lamp in. It’s not worth it for the money.

Top 3 worst hotels I’ve ever stayed! No water pressure, smelled like cigarettes everywhere, plastic bag over smoke alarms, beds were uncomfortable, tv only had one channel, screens tore out of windows. Generally terrible!

Worst hotel I’ve been in. Nothing gets cleaned here. No one is ever at front desk, you have to use a dirty phone to call somebody and then wait until they feel like coming to the front desk. Room was filthy, paint scraped off walls everywhere in the room. Sheets had weird tan spots, unable to distinguish between old stain or just not washed. You wouldn’t want to take your shoes off in the room, floors are gross. Shower curtain rod was falling off and held to ceiling vent by a piece of rope. Smoke alarm was missing, exposed wires in its place. Great place to get sick and die.
