For the Foodies, the unit offer a Full Chef’s Kitchen which includes All-Clad Pots and Pans, Ninja Blender, Dishwasher amongst many other things. For those looking to enjoy the beach, we have 4 beach chairs, coolers and beach games/toys for both children and adults. Condo features rooftop pool with breathtaking 360 views of the area. The space: -A/c throughout the unit. -Washer and dryer in unit - Security Safe in unit - Amazon Echo for Music - Cable TV and Roku Stick in every room - Pack n Play Crib with additional comfort mattress available for those traveling with infants. - Rental includes a private parking spot within the confines of the building. Please note we have a security camera located at the entrance to our unit used to monitor access to the condo. It is right outside the entrance door and monitors the public area around the elevator/hallway. We allow a maximum of 4 guests. You will be charged $100 per person per night if there are more than 4 people spending the night. We also allow a maximum of 6 people in the unit during the day. Parties are strictly forbidden.
