The villa stands in a strategic position to reach many renowned tourist spots and charming fishing villages in western Sicily.
Located a short distance from the airport and the city of Palermo, from Villa Silvia it is possible to easily reach the sea where equipped and free beaches enrich the beautiful coast of the municipality of Capaci and Isola delle Femmine and from where you can admire the most beautiful sunsets that the island offers and then immerse yourself in the summer nightlife.
Furthermore, Villa Silvia is located a few steps from the Poseidon shopping center, with shops, supermarkets, hairdressers, bars and close to many villages known for their restaurants, cheerfulness and hospitality typical of our land.
Villa Silvia, with a Mediterranean construction typology, built in the 60s for the sake of a great love, is located in the center of a lot full of typical local vegetation, with large spaces of shade and sun.
