Lake Como Golf Hotel

This is one of those places that you need to enjoy the quirky nature of the surroundings. Great staff and great food after a long drive. Yes there are some areas that need to be updated, but consider that they are off the beaten track, there is much to enjoy. Prices are great considering the area. If you have any issues then you only need to let the team know and they do what is needed to sort things out. Samina went above and beyond to help with an issue that was out of the ordinary.. When she could have just said ‘No..!’ I agree that it is not all bells and whistles, but an honest establishment is what it is.. We will be back, if not only to enjoy the atmosphere and a drink or two.. Thank you for looking after us.. Regards Paul and Michelle Duncan.

We are 2 senios couples over 70, we reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights via Booking a month ahead. after a week we asked to change the reservation to 6 nights, but Booking had not rooms then we contacted the hotel and they confirmed the new reservation for 6 nights. After 3 nights when we returned from our daily tour our rooms were empty and our things was deposited in a dirty place. Fter a big discution and intervention of the local police, they admited thath they did a mistake and tried to compensate us for the bad moments. The dining room staff was excelent specially Miss Antonella, the breakfast abundant but the dinner menu poor. The lift was broken most of the 6 days even one morning a women was closed betwen 2 floors more than 15 minutes

Posto pulito, comodo per spostarsi e con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Possibilità di cenare al ristorante dell'hotel Con classico menu italiano e pizze. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, posto auto gratuito a circa cinquanta metri

Hotel consigliato per chi deve fare soste veloci tutti molto gentili e disponibili….. Colazione abbondante e molto buona…. Camera standard ottima…… Qualità prezzo ottimo!!! Molto consigliato!!!! Accettano anche animali!!!!!!!!!!

très bon accueil, personnel compétent et sympathique, chambre un peu vieillotte mais propre ^ prix raisonnable, petit déjeuner correct et varié repas au service impeccable bon expérience pour un arrêt sur le trajet vers la France, vraiment bien pour un arrêt non prévu

Ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel con il mio ragazzo; a mio parere non è un hotel 4 stelle, da un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettata molto di meglio. La struttura è abbastanza da rinnovare, la camera non molto grande, però abbastanza pulita, e il bagno rinnovato. In camera mancavano sia cassaforte, che frigo bar (che da un 4 stelle mi aspetterei di certo di trovare!); inoltre sulla scrivania erano presenti, insieme al profumatore di ambienti, due bottigliette di acqua, che sembravano una cortesia da parte dell’hotel, invece al check out ci sono state fatte pagare (come se fosse un mini bar). Sull’orario di check in non c’è stata nessuna flessibilità (da una parte è anche giusto, però almeno provare a chiedere se la camera fosse già pronta…). La colazione abbastanza buona, ma al posto delle mono porzioni erano presenti alimenti/barattoli “comuni”, dal mio punto di vista non troppo igienico specialmente per la struttura in cui mi aspetto di soggiornare. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante il cibo appena sufficiente ma non per il prezzo che costa! Tra l’altro ci era stato detto che veniva proposto un menu fisso ad un prezzo stabilito, mentre appena seduti al tavolo il cameriere ci ha informato che quella sera “non era possibile fare menu fisso”, costringendoci a consumare alla carta. Nel complesso per un breve soggiorno può andar bene, ma se pensate ad un soggiorno più lungo non lo consiglio, non vale il prezzo pagato e le stelle che ha.
