I stayed at the hotel for one night on 28th to 29th of August with my 2 daughters while visiting Cardiff. There is no car parking on site as stated per their description which was very inconvenient for me. They use NCP car park 5 mins away, yes there is a discount for guests but no they don't have parking as it's not on the property. My car was robbed in the car parking, and the case was reported to both police and NCP, so I don't recommend you using this car parking. The room seemed clean, the staff was very friendly and nice but there was no rubbish bag in the only one little bin in the bathroom in the family room and the shower gel by the shower was filled with water unlike the one next to the sink which was the same thing but filled with actual soap. The location is okay but not the best as it didn't seem safe to me. Personally I wouldn't stay there again because of the parking inconvenience.

Brilliant location and very lovely staff. Would definitely stay here again. There was only one towel in the room but when we asked for a second it was delivered straight away. Grand time! Parking is off sight and you need to call ahead for the parking info but it was very clear and not too much of a hassle.

Received a nice double bed and clean room. Hotel was a decent walk from Cardiff station but the price was worth it.

The hotel is fine for one stay. It’s much too small for anything longer. There is no desk or night stand. The room is clean, and I did not hear any noise while in my room. It is in a great location. 

The hotel is easy to access which take about 15 minutes from city centre to the hotel. The staff is nice and polite. However, desk and chair are not provided in the room which caused some inconvenience. General speaking, the the facilities is fair.

Nice place, clean and quiet. The service is also good. The location is a bit far away from the city centre, the central station or the Cardiff university. It takes ~ 20min walk to the above places.
