Eggentaler

I was looking for a place just outside of the city Bozen. I’m very content to have found this place. Hotel is incredibly comfortable, friendly, and great food. Staff was very helpful and friendly. This is an ideal place to come back to after trekking, sightseeing, or the like..

We've travelled in Europe extensively and we appreciate being treated with politeness and a degree of warmth. Travel is stressful enough without dealing with staff attitude. Something in the air changed as we drove from Venice to Cortina and through Val Gardena to Cardano. The default language switched from Italian to German. Unfortunately, the customer service at the Eggentaler is also stereotypically German: brisk and devoid of warmth. The rooms at the Eggentaler are as comfortable as you could expect for the prices they charge: clean, modern and quiet. The staff who received as in the late afternoon were more brusque than brisk. There's an intangible officiousness here that grates, particularly the small, beaded man with bun who checked us in. He insisted that we pay for our stay before nightfall because the breakfast staff couldn't process checkouts the next day, for some reason. So we heated up our credit cards, paying for dinner and our rooms the night we arrived. That request to pay wasn't itself problematic, but his manner was very abrasive. This stood in stark contrast to our experience the next night in Salò, where staff at the Hotel Spiaggia d'Oro greeted us warmly in a delightful, lakeside setting at a cost of around half what the Eggentaler charged. Ironically, it was Eggentaler's "breakfast girls" who weren't allowed to check us out who provided more warmth and advice to us than anyone who was on duty the previous night.

Die hotel is rustig gelegen , enige kilometers van het centrum van Bolzano . Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid tegenover het hotel . Onze kamer was groot en proper . Er is een leuk zwembad met voldoende ligzetels en een bubbelbad. Het ontbijt is zeer goed verzorgd en meer dan keuze genoeg . Het restaurant is zeer goed en wel redelijk duur , en is gesloten op maandag. Het enigste nadeel is dat het hotel in een afgelegen wijk ligt en je redelijk ver van het centrum van Bolzano bent en per fiets is het super gevaarlijk rijden .

Eigentlich planten wir nur einen kurzen stopover in einem kleinen 3 Sterne Haus.Zum Schluss bereuten wir es beinahe noch weitere Hotels im Südtirol gebucht zu haben! Das Eggentaler ist ein 3-Sterne Haus mit einer 4S Einrichtung, am Eingang zum Eggental, ruhig am Wildbach gelegen. Durch den familiären Charakter mit einem sympathischen und sehr professionellem Service durch den ambitionierten Juniorchef und sein tolles Team ist man sofort "zu Hause". Wir hatten ein Deluxezimmer im Haupthaus, das es mit so manchem Zimmer in einem 5-Sternehaus locker aufnehmen kann.Überhaupt die gesamte Inneneinrichtung des Eggentaler strahlt in einem sehr geschmackvollen,modernen Chic mit vielen liebenswerten Details.Der kleine Outdoor-Poolbereich und die Sauna sind zweckmässig und sehr schön designed. Die Krönung aber bildet das wunderschöne Restaurant.Im Sommer speist man zudem in einem herrlichen kleinen Garten zwischen Feigen- ,Olivenbäumen Hortensien und Oleandern. Die Küche ist fantastisch, innovativ-mediterran und verwöhnt unter anderem mit ausgesuchten Grilladen.Der Weinkeller ist hervoragend bestückt mit ausgesuchter regionaler und internationaler Provenienz! Alles in Allem weit mehr als einen stopover wert und unbedingt zu wiederholen! Die

Hotel pulito, ben ristrutturato, accogliente con camere spaziose e ben attrezzate. Personale molto cordiale, ottima colazione ed eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Ristorante con piatti interessanti, anche se avrei preferito più cucina locale e meno offerta di pesce, ma ho comunque mangiato bene con un buon servizio e un prezzo più che corretto .

Ho cenato e dormito in questa splendida struttura dove tutto è perfetti nei particolari Ottimi piatti del territorio presentati in modo eccellente Ottima cantina Le camere sono meravigliose ed accoglienti Tornerò sicuramente non appena ne avrò l’occasione
