Stayed here from April 9-11, 2024 with the family. Got 2 Hilltop rooms (triple bed set-up was given to us), and 1 Hilltop Cabana Cons: Hotel is ranked as 4-Stars but in reality, it is just 1-2 Stars in facilities and service. They should update their star ranking, because it is deceiving! Hotel is falling apart. Facilities are in very bad shape. Even the chairs at the Reception Area are in very bad shape. Reflects how bad in shape this resort is. Beach chairs have holes, can’t sit on them. No lifeguards on duty, unless these are the boatmen that are not in uniform. But for the pool area near the resto, no lifeguard too. The Beach Cafe was also closed. The rooms need renovation. I don’t know how this resort was ranked a 4 Star coz our hilltop rooms felt like 2 Star rooms only. There was no luxury at all there. Hotel should check if ammenities are complete and working. There are no mats for the bathroom so it is all wet after taking a shower. No towel racks. No hangers in the cabinets! Hot water always not working. I called for maintenance, they would come to repair it. And every time i take a bath, the hot water is not working. Called like 6 times in our 3D/2N stay. Other hotels with better customer service would have offered to transfer us to a different room where everything is working huh. There is a none working trolley to go down from the hilltop to the beach area. Would have been nice if this actually worked and not just left rusting there. Would help a lot of guests right? Food is expensive at the restaurant and it tastes like food you can order from a carinderia and not from a 4 Star resort! (Carinderia food might even taste better than what ate). No gourmet or whatever for the steep price of the food. Limited available food in the menu. We had to order food that we didn’t like coz it’s the only ones available. Or else we will starve in the hotel. They said that it’s is because it was Holy Week and there was a Wedding that’s why there was not enough supply. But we are guests too and we need food. Poor ingredients allocation!!! Poor kitchen meal planning and management! We felt like we are just forced to order food coz there’s no choice or we will starve to death in this hotel. Really bad culinary skills! The breakfast is plated and not bugget style. There are just a few plates to choose from. They don’t have breads!!!! Out of stock! Day 2, we requestee pre-ordered breakfast to be room serviced at 6:30am since we have a tour at 8am. So they served the Longganisa Meal at 7:15am!!! Day 3 (yey last freaking day), we requested pre-ordered breakfast to be served in our rooms at 8:00 and they served it at 6:30 am!!!! We were still all sleeping at that time! They are not listening and following instructions. Too many OJTs that didn’t really know what to do.
