JW Marriott Hotel Caracas

Muy buena atencion del personal en general excelente .. hay que mejorar esas habitaciones para un hotel 5 estrellas

第一次抵達這個有點神祕的國度，入住攜程豪華排名第一的酒店。入境（不用填表）,入住（前台真誠微笑）,離店（提前離店,不可取消也體諒取消）感覺良好。 酒店規模不大,房間設施較成就,但很乾凈,24小時健身房刷卡進入。早餐對比酒店規模值得稱道。服務員熱情洋溢，但英文一般。 看到酒店對面的海康威視還是親切。 早上當地時間05:40到酒店周圍跑步,完全放鬆了心情,不用擔心任何治安問題。

I am a top tier Marriott Bonvoy member, and I must say that out of many Marriott’s I have stayed, the JW in Caracas has been the greatest and top notch hospitality experience I have ever had. Not only the staff is amazing, from the bell staff to everyone that works there are quite friendly and helpful, nevertheless, the one that really stood up and I must say was such a resourceful and professional concierge was, Antonella. I would just hope that every Marriott out there would have such a professional, knowledgeable and resourceful concierge as Antonella was. My business will remain loyal to Marriott International. Very complete, really one of the best experiences throughout the year. Especially since I am a person who travels a lot and I live staying at this network in the city of Maracay, but here the attention is excellent, the food is excellent, and the room is very complete. Definitely the best hotel of the chain in the country.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the JW Caracas so much that I decided to switch from my previous hotel back to the JW. They truly value BonVoy Titanium members; I was given a suite upgrade every time I stayed there. What impressed me the most were the exceptional gym facilities and the impeccable service. The gym was impressively modern, equipped with a variety of state-of-the-art machines. The dining experience at the restaurant was equally delightful, from the delicious breakfast options to the satisfying dinners. The wait staff, particularly Heriberto, truly stood out with their exceptional service. Heriberto consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay, demonstrating kindness and professionalism throughout. I am eagerly looking forward to my next stay at the JW Caracas!

We've been out of Venezuela for a couple of years, and came back to celebrate Mother´s day with my husband mom. The brunch at the Marriot Hotel in El Rosal was recomended to us by dear friends. It was a great experience, the food was incredible, My husband personally recomend the burguers. My mother in law and me, ate from the buffet, wich we loved. The staff was awesome, very friendly. We reconmend it very much
