Awful Experience! Rude and Disrespectful Owners making dirty and outrageous comments on guests appearance. I catch him making awful comments more than once on myself and someone else. I speak fluent Italian and I understood everything he said and I could believe what I was hearing… I was embarrassed for him and I had to cancel the other half of my stay. Over the years I stayed in hundreds of hotels regardless of the star rating and never ever witnessed something like that.. unacceptable behavior. The room. Small, outdated furniture, holes on the walls, uncomfortable mattresses, non working televisions, moldy smell’s. The grounds. Small pool, kids running around diving, no drink service, no lifeguard, cracking deck noise, good view, restaurant staff yelling at each other. Breakfast. The pictures are self explanatory 🤮I noticed the staff buying pastries from a bakery across the street.. and for the guests frozen ones, uncooked raw bacon, indescribable scrambled eggs and the cheapest quality cereal you can find. The quality of coffee and espresso is comparable to instant coffee similar to the one you drink onboard of a plane. The Staff. They hate their job with no training towards making you feel welcome. Location. Little distant from the center but I didn’t mind the hike, walking and the stairs. Additional no Gym, no Spa. Guess what? the owner is there for breakfast every morning watching everyone enjoying his unpleasant behavior. Have fun at Canasta!
