Hotel la Palma Capri, an Oetker Collection Hotel

The hotel is a gem. Newly renovated to a very nice standard. The design is super nice. Location is the best in the middle of the town, but as you enter the hotel the very busy street vanishes behind you. The pool is not large but ok for a dip. The roof top terrace is amazing. The gym is much better than what the official pictures show. We visited the hotels beach club. A bit cramped but food was much better than Fontelina. We had asked for a quiet room as some others pointed out that it is noisy, but we had no problems with noise . What really sets the hotel apparat is the personnel, super friendly but not in a false way. Opened the pool for me when it was “officially “ closed for the day, got me great wine from the cellar at a reasonable price to bring to a boat . etc etc. Nothing is ever a problem for the personnel. Imelda who heads it up is terrific and so visible among guests. All in all fantastico.

Staff was perfect, room service fabulous! The food is great! Lovely swimming pool, room with a wonderfull terrace and all great amenities! Made us want to dtay for ever! The restaurant exceptional with a wonderfull terrace! Breakfast magnificent! The hotel is a gem ! In the middle of the Capri buzzz! The only problem we had from room 307 was that at night someone collected glass bottles all night long! And that made a terrible noise! Any way as I said the hotel is delightfulll! Do not look at another hotel, you have found the right place for your Capri experience. Every piece of Hotel La Palma is a moment and perfectly curated. We were there for our honeymoon which started roughly due to our airline losing my wife's luggage for several days. Once we arrived at Hotel La Palma our mood entirely shifted as we were greeted by the amazing staff, INCREDIBLE breakfast (included with your stay, don't need to eat anywhere else for breakfast), and just amazing accommodations. The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of town but is a relaxing retreat near everything. We are already recommending the hotel to our friends/family, and cannot wait to visit again. Incredible hotel, amazing memories, and couldn't be happier with our experience here.

My wife and I are leaving overwhelmed and grateful to this amazing resort. The unlimited generosity of the welcoming staff with the sole purpose of making sure that our stay was unforgettable. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and pampered and we want to thank Mattias, Filippo, Michele, Tonia, Angela, Akille, Alberta and Davide at the reception and Luca, Federica, Ana and Florencia at the Bianca restaurant as well as Rebeca and the very nice lady who is the hostess at the rooftop restaurant. The food was delicious in any of the three restaurants and since we are vegetarians, found excellent alternatives. La Palma it’s a monument to good taste and refinement that reminds us of two outstanding hotels, La Mamounia in Marrakech and the Mandarin Oriental Ritz in Madrid. The location is just steps away from the famous Piazza in the heart of Capri. The delightful breakfast which is included in the rate offers multiple alternatives, great fruits, breads and coffee. Our room had a balcony and all was exquisite, the bathroom’s amenities are outstanding. We loved the pears bowl and the chocolate cake. Thank you all we are sad to leave!

My husband and I recently booked a trip to Capri and this hotel did not disappoint. We had an outstanding experience during our stay at La Palma. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our happiness. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making our visit truly memorable. We highly recommend La Palma for anyone looking for a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests. Thank you to Daniele, the guest relations manager and Imelda the general manager for running a great hotel. There was nothing they wouldn’t do for us to be us happy and comfortable. Also, the most comfortable beds!! 10/10.

Amazing position. Great breakfast/brunch. fabulous rooms, modern and design. Fantastic rooftop bar, restaurant and DJ set ambience. Great spa, even if small. Small pool but great beach club, one of very few in Capri. To do better: there’s a lot of staff roaming around but not enough attentive to clients, they chat amkng each other rather than serving on time. And missing a piano bar, that they used to have before.
