Our beautiful home is located at 1520 New York Avenue in the Poverty Beach section of Cape May. With over 4,300 square feet of living space, it is the perfect home for family vacations, reunions, holiday gatherings, girls or guys weekends, couples looking to get away for a long weekend, or any reason at all. With so much to do year-round in historic Cape May, this is the perfect rental for any season! Available for weekly or 2 – 3-night minimum stays year-round.Located 2 short blocks from the beach (lifeguard protected in season), our home offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space. With four floors of living space, there is plenty of room for everyone.Our home offers ample, flexible sleeping arrangements.The first floor is self-contained with a spacious bedroom which has a king bed and a twin trundle bed; a living room with a queen sleeper sofa; a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette and access to an outside patio. The laundry room and a pool table are also located on the first floor.We call the second floor, "the gathering spot". A spacious family room opens to the kitchen and two sitting areas. Ideal for the whole family to gather or bound with friends! There is also a wet bar, dining room, 1/2 bath, and a master bedroom, with a king bed and private bath with a shower and soaker tub.The third floor is the sleeping quarters with three ample size bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms.
