And than you can reach the Mediterranean sea and explore the famous 5 Terre on board of a sailboat, from a very unique point of view.The villa is located into a small village between Lucca and Pisa. The position is centrally located for excursions to the more famous towns in Tuscany but also to the sea with its long sandy beaches. The local area is lush and green and nature is characterized by olive groves, vineyards and woods. In the small authentic villages, it feels as if time has stood still. The villa has a pleasant and nice furnished veranda with barbecue, from here you have views of the countryside and the 2000 m2 large enclosed garden.
