The communal areas of the hotel are amazing. Pools are beautiful, bar and reception areas have great decor, brilliant breakfast and dinner. Gardens are beautiful. Shuttle bus to beach. BUT.. we stayed in an Aparthotel room and it was very, very tired and disappointing. Paper thin walls so we could hear both our neighbours talking. Beds very hard.

We stayed at this hotel on a whim because our stay was not quite to our expectations. The manager was very friendly and made an effort to find a room despite being fully booked. Luckily, we got one. They only had one room left. The room was small but very nice and clean. It came with breakfast which was delicious and access to the beach club which was also nice. I want to thank the manager for being so kind and making a real effort to find us a room, showing us around, and just going above and beyond in general. We’ll be back!

We recently stayed at hotel Cerere for our wedding holiday with family and friends.. we came twice... before an after the wedding and it was an amazing and unforgettable experience. the service was impeccable and every staff member we encountered was courteous and attentive. there receptionist were especially amazing. they were welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. their exceptional service truly enhanced our stay. The restaurant team also deserve to be mentioned as they were always attentive and ready to serve with a big smile and great professionality. we highly recommend this hotel for any occasion and we will definitely come back. The hotel is magnificent, the beach is very clean, my room in the Residence was very clean, I traveled to Paestum in July and they treated me very well, but I want to highlight the attention and the good reception service of the night gentleman I think His name is Gianfranco, every morning he makes me the best Cappuccino I've tried during my stay in Italy, 5 stars to the South American.

Positives 1. Parking for the apartments is right next to the apartments. 2. There is a decent sized swimming pool that we had access to next to the apartment so we didn’t need to use the bigger pool that was used for weddings. 4. The pool we used was a 1 minute walk from the apartment and wasn’t busy. 5. The bedroom was of a good size. 6. The kitchenette was functional. 7. It was possible to wash our baby in the bathroom, although tight the shower was big enough to put our travel inflatable baby bath in the base. 8. Beach was very nice as long as you sat in the 3rd row of chairs it was free. 9. The smell of eucalyptus trees on the way to the beach was nice. 10. The sea was a 10 minute walk, even with the baby and the heat it was easy to do and didn’t use the shuttle bus once. 11. Local shops are limited but good enough. (Didn’t find any baby formula though) 12. The staff were as accommodating with questions as my no Italian and their broken English allowed. 13. They let us settle our bill the night before we left as we were leaving early and they said there would only be a skeleton staff. 14. Using toll roads it’s only about 1 and half hours from Naples airport. (Don’t leave “avoid tolls” on like I did initially as that drive wasn’t fun and took and extra hour) 15. Toll was €2.10, I used cards and this worked every time although the transaction on a Sunday didn’t appear on my statement for 2 days, all other days the toll came off the card immediately. 16. We used the big pool in the photos once. It was nice and the baby liked it on a day when there weren’t any weddings. 17. Paestum really was very close and fully worth a visit. 18. Pompeii was only about an hour away with a €2.10 toll each way. 19. Decent safe in the bedroom, could fit my 13” laptop. 20. Hair dryer in bathroom was ok. Negatives 1. The large pool was closed for weddings between 12:30 and 15:30 and not cleaning as we had been told. 2. We weren’t disrupted by the weddings but they were every day from what a guest staying in the main hotel said. 3. No kettle in the apartment. 4. No iron in the apartment. 5. Massive sink in a small bathroom was a bit odd. 6. The shower, glass door runner always jammed and had clearly been “repaired” at some point. The kitchen tap and the shower water are connected so don’t use them both at the same time or the temperature gets very severely affected. 7. The apartment only had a single free bed linen change which did not include a room clean. 8. There was a €40 charge to clean the room which included towels and bed linen change 9. The AC only went down to 21° 10. The large AC unit outside between the apartments and the car park was very noisy and could be heard in the apartment at night. 11. Reception staff had better English than I have Italian, not really a bad point but a bit difficult as I have no Italian. I used google translate a lot. 12. Breakfast was very limited. This is very nice hotel, walking distance from the beach. They have their own beach with all facilities and the beach gets started from 1st of June. The hotel is clean, lots of parking, great service and a wonderful breakfast. A very comfortable bed, nice shower. Helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Stayed here with my mum for 5 days sept/oct. Rooms were very comfortable and immaculately cleaned, friendly approachable hotel staff, very nice decor, beautiful inside and outside, and well situated especially for the beach. The food in the restaurant was very good (I’ve lived in Italy for 20 years so know good Italian food when I have it). We did walk to the temple site in Paestum but it was a good hour and 15mins… 😉😂 (10mins in the car). I can’t complain about the hotel at all and the only improvement that could be made would be a kettle in the room 😉 It is a luxury hotel at a very reasonable price and I will definitely be going back… hopefully soon 😍

The hotel has a amazing pool area but that's it. The breakfast is a big dissapointment , lunch is worse and i did not even try the dinner. Just eate somewere else. No waiter speaks more than 2 words in english , some not even that . Beside that i have to say it was not worth the money for a 4* hotel ..

The pool area is lovely and modern, beautiful area to sit. That’s the only good thing about this place. The apartment sold as suitable for families due to spacious nature is quite frankly the opposite. A shower barely big enough to get into, had to shower my baby whilst holding her on the floor of the shower!!! No bed linen or towel replacement. No toilet roll top up. No iron. None of which is also made clear by the booking companies offering this hotel.

The private beach is charged at 15 euro a day, if you want to sit anywhere but the back of the beach. There are no proper facilities at the beach, just a very primitive toilet in a hut. They don’t tell you there is a charge when you book or when you check in, they leave it to a very very aggressive lifeguard to insist on cash immediately unless you move to the back line. It was a humiliating and upsetting experience. We also noted that Italian families were not asked to pay anything, so very discriminatory. The hotel pool is nice but you can only use it for very limited hours 9.30-12.30 and 15.30-18.30, they did at least tell us about this at check in. Breakfast is ok, but nothing g special at all. The hotel and pool are beautiful, top floor rooms overlooking the pool are the nicest. The cleaning staff, breakfast staff and reception staff and bar staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is just such a shame the experience has been marred by aggressive and unfriendly beach lifeguard.

Struttura bellissima curata in ogni dettaglio, personale disponibile professionale e delizioso, stessa cosa per il proprietario. Pulizia eccelsa. Cucina varia con ottimi prodotti ed attenzioni alle varie intolleranze. Tornerò a breve ed anche nelle altre loro strutture. Complimenti
