The Hotel Hibiscus is beautifully located by the beach, with direct access to the beach. The rooms were decent and the food was reasonably good. The service was also good. However, the hotel is a bit run down and could be refurbished. But all in all? Probably the best hotel experience in Cap Skirring due to its location.

This stay is really awful. It’s started so well and because of customer service, everything just went downhill. The customer service is extremely bad. The employees don’t know how to talk to customer who pay for a service. They don’t acknowledge their mistake and respond to you in a very impolite way, especially the man at the bar. If we come here it is to rest and spend our money. Not to leave angry , deceive. I will never ever come back neither recommend this place. It is a beautiful place but it loses it charms because of the very bad customer service.

Un p'tit arrêt exprès lors d'un balade en quad...Nous avons été accueillis par la responsable, d'un professionnalisme et d'une gentillesse extra! Pour un verre, cela nous a donné envie d'y revenir pourquoi pas en vacances ! Merci pour cet accueil !

Intimiste, bien placé, exotique, gérante sympathique. Situé au pied e l'eau, calme et sobre. Bonne animation sportive. Un peu plus de formation de remise à niveau du personnel de restauration permettrait de donner plus d'enthousiasme.

He ido a comer en familia y sola dos veces este mes. La primera vez fue decepcionante y quise dar una segunda oportunidad y la calidad de la comida era nefasta en relación a su precio y en comparación con la de la zona. Pescado pasado, carne dura y salsas mal hechas. Personal amable y atento, lugar precioso pero la comida es lamentable. No lo recomiendo.

Plage magnifique Effort apprécié pour aménager et entretenir le jardin Hotel coquet Personnel agréable MAIS Tv dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas Internet ne fonctionne pas Coffre ne fonctionne pas Serrure de la chambre ne fonctionne pas Humidité/ odeur de moisi dans la chambre Cafards au sols dans la chambre en arrivant Petit déjeuner présenté comme un buffet mais les quantité consommées sont controlées et limitées Seul restaurant de Cap Skirring qui facture les garnitures comme un repas à part Chantier en cours; construction d’un immeuble au milieu du site de l’hotel (bruits de perforation, poussière, déchets de chantier…)

Es un hotel bastante aceptable para lo que es Senegal. Algunos miembros del personal son antipáticos lo que choca con la amabilidad que caracteriza a los senegaleses. La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy buena. La comida es regular sobre todo si la comparas con la de algunos países europeos. La playa bonita pero sucia. Una pena la falta de iniciativa de esta gente para la limpieza.

Un cadre extraordinaire, un service très professionnel, un personnel prompt à servir. C’est un établissement que je recommande fortement pour toute personne en voyage au Sénégal! Tous les clients qui étaient venus avec moi étaient unanimes pour dire que cet hôtel était parmi les meilleurs.
