Cap Maison Resort & Spa

As part of the Peak to Beach package, my husband and I stayed at Cap Maison for the second half of our trip. I wanted to be at Cap Maison when we celebrated our 30th anniversary. When we arrived, Jamie was very welcoming (and helpful throughout our stay)! The grounds were so well kept and very lush with many varieties of hibiscus and other tropical plants. The villa we stayed in was spacious and the bedroom air-conditioned. The fans throughout the villa made us quite comfortable. I loved the natural light the windows provided. There was access to our pool from our bedroom and there was even an outdoor shower connected to the shower inside. The pool was clean and we loved relaxing and enjoyed the view of the coconut trees and flamboyant tree. You didn't have a direct view to the ocean because there were some plants to give you some sense of privacy. However the view from the porch and the chairs provided in the yard were something else. We were in our own little heaven. And since it was the slow season, there was hardly any other guests around our villa. Housekeeping was quick and friendly when we saw them. The turndown housekeeper made us these beautiful towel art swans with fresh flowers. It was a very thoughtful touch. The Cliff restaurant was incredible. So much food and so beautifully presented! The filet was top notch as was every course presented. We were always offered fresh fruit and pastries at breakfast. We did not know, because it was the slow season, that the Cliff is not open every night, and it rotates with The Naked Fisherman. But it did not impact us since we had reserved the gazebo for our anniversary dinner. I didn't realize that most people reserved the Rock Maison for anniversaries but the gazebo was perfect in our eyes- the view of the beach from the cliff, the view of the sunset, only steps from our villa. Jamie, the concierge, shared that people were very respectful of the events in that space since it was in more of a public/ open area. It would be perfect for a wedding. Kazia (spelling?) was an absolute professional and so kind and joyful in attending to us during our anniversary dinner. The chef even came out with her to present dessert which had a special message written in chocolate on our plates. All of it divine. The beach was fantastic since the chairs were part of the packages as was all of the water sport equipment. We enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach. I'm here to tell you that Bob is the hardest working individual with the most joy. You could tell he loved engaging with the guests and making sure we were all attended to and had all the drinks and food we needed. Honestly, almost every employee we encountered reflected the pride they took in their work- the pool keepers, the grounds keepers, housekeeping, barkeep, the waiters and waitresses, concierge. This trip was a dream come true for us . It was a much anticipated 30th anniversary trip . The resort felt so Luxurious yet made us feel welcome and right at home at the same time . The architecture and layout of the resort was perfect , the view is stunning . Our suite was amazing , spacious, clean , and made us feel completely spoiled ! The balcony was our favorite place to relax . We very much enjoyed the pool overlooking the water and mountains . The lounge chairs were comfortable, plenty of fresh towel and very attentive staff. The meals were always top notch and they accommodated many of our special requests. One server Devin, really made our meals special , his friendly demeanor helped us enjoy our meal time , in particular our dinner on Rock Maison which was beautiful and such a unique experience for us . Our vow renewal was assisted by Janin and she was just a joy to work with . Very down to earth and friendly. She made sure we got just what we wanted. We had a lovely view near the gazebo and our photographs by Louise are beautiful. We couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out ! We took several excursions that were planned out perfectly. We really enjoyed our boat tour and our departure helicopter trip was a highlight of our trip . Several of the staff made such a positive impression on us - Stacy assisted with the surprise part of our vow renewal and she was such a wonderful person to have a conversation with later in the evening, she is really an asset to the resort . Terry was a friendly , welcoming presence when we first arrived and throughout our stay . Bob was so helpful and pleasant to speak with down at The Naked Fisherman, we really enjoyed the laughs . Taddy and Septima were wonderful servers as well , they really went above and beyond ! We hope to be able to make a return trip someday , as it would be difficult to top this perfection anywhere else !

This truly is a place of jaw dropping beauty with world class service with a smile. What made it even better is we got upgraded to a suite with a pool for half our stay. We were on a half board package which helped us enjoy the fantastic and varied food. The seafood in particular was very enjoyable. The breakfasts are also a feast and the choice was incredible. The beach was a great place to relax and always managed to get a bed, but what I would say is don’t leave it too late to get a bed of choice as it gets busy. I also thought it a little disappointing that a 5 star of this quality doesn’t have a private beach and it does get busy with visitors especially at the weekend. This was a great place to stay, but please pay attention to the little things. The ac in our room wasn’t working and the toilet also had a leak. I would expect these types of things to be monitored and corrected before a room is occupied. Also on our final night there was a valentines menu and on arrival I was shocked to see there was $50 extra charge per guest, despite being on a half board package. There had been no warning of this and being a resort on Valentine’s Day it was impossible to venture elsewhere. To be fair when I complained they removed the charge, but in my mind should never have been there in the first place. This is an exceptional hotel but please pay attention to the small points in future

We have just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful hotel. After a very underwhelming trip to St Kitts last year, we hoped that St Lucia would restore our faith in the Caribbean for winter sun and it certainly did! From the wonderful welcome and gorgeous room through to the two excellent restaurants and friendly staff we could not have asked for more. Cap Maison is deserving of its five stars and we will return!

We just got back from a weekend at Cap Maison and it was absolutely amazing. The staff and concierge were so helpful it really felt like a personalized experience. The food at both the restaurants was unbelievable and we highly recommend the cellar wine tasting! Also, make sure you take the unmarked steps down to the ocean from the pool as there is the most beautiful natural sea pool down there.

Excellence- that's the only way to describe the experience at Cap Maison. We, two couples in their 60's, spent 4 nights here at an Ocean Front Villa with a room top plunge pool. From the first email to the concierge to check out, everything was seamless and always done with a smile. The room and space was breathtaking over looking the ocean and the cliffs. We had plenty of space in both of our ensuite bedrooms, kitchen, living space- both in and outdoors. Coffee in the morning on the covered porch to the cocktails on the roof sitting in our private pool. We had them arrange for a pick up at the airport and for a boat ride to our next resort. The meals and drinks at their onsite restaurants was top shelf. We opted for the all inclusive which provided us with 3 three course meals every day. The 10% tax and 10% service fee was included in our prepaid package. There was something on the menu for everyone, from fresh fish to gluten free options. The only regret is having to leave. So glad that we made the choice to come here and will certainly return
