A perfect spot to recharge after sightseeing around North Vietnam. We had the beautiful pool to ourselves each time we went, what a treat.

I booked 10 rooms for 19 peoples up to 12 years old and 2 kids under 10 years….but one kid has to pay for staying in the same bedroom with his parents…overall its okay

Hotel ładny, w centrum miasta. Łatwo dostępne autobusy do wodospadu.

Tôi rất thích khách sạn. Vị trí thuận lợi, dịch vụ tốt. Nói chung rất ưng ý.

Está un poco alejado del centro. Pero gracias a eso, todas las habitaciones tienen unas vistas espectaculares. La piscina es pequeña y cerrada. Se agradece el chapuzón después de un día por los arrozales. Lo peor es que nos cobraban por el checkin temprano la mitad de lo que nos costaba la habitación. Cuando en la mayoría de los sitios te dejan la habitación antes por cortesía (estando libre, claro). El desayuno buenísimo!

Ks Mường Thanh tuyệt vời từ đội ngũ nhân viên đến quầy thức ăn sáng và nội thất phòng ốc. Trong sảnh ks còn có quán cafe Highlands nữa. Mình đã đặt thêm 3 đêm ở ks này.

Sensacional hotel en el mismo centro de Cao Bang, personal MARAVILLOSO… un excelente desayuno buffet y una gran piscina cubierta en el último piso, habitación amplia y muy luminosa… sin duda una gran elección

Rất hài lòng , tới Cao Bằng cũng sẽ vẫn ở lại , nhân viên phục vụ rất tận tình và tốt ,

Khách sạn đẹp, nhân viên thân thiện, vị trí trung tâm, đồ ăn ngon.

If you want to have a good nights sleep do not stay in this hotel. Karaoke went til the early hours of the morning. Horrible singing and music so loud my bed was vibrating. It is supposed to be a luxury hotel but not being able to sleep takes away all of the comfort.

Lovely clean room and big bathroom. The shower has fantastic water pressure. Centrally located which is useful if you are going to explore the waterfalls. Breakfast is quite standard. Perfectly fine but nothing special. One thing that could have been improved is that we arrived from a night bus at about 5am and check in was not until 2pm. We agreed in advance to drop our bags off in the morning. When we arrived, the concierge was very surprised by our arrival. The hotel has over 200 rooms and was almost empty so we were a little dissapointed they didn't offer us to check in early. We would stay here again if we came back to Cao Bang.

We had a great experience at the Muong Thanh Hotel first and foremost thanks to the incredible staff. Especially Hoai who checked us in and made us feel very comfortable throughout our entire stay. Not only did Hoai go above and beyond to help us with several requests and local recommendations, but also was extremely professional with a polite and service-oriented attitude like no other hotel staff we met during our entire Vietnam trip. Will definitely book again and/or recommend to other friends who are in the area one day!

very good breakfast food and room, i like the place a lot. The room was clean the bathroom was big and spacious. I felt like at home while I was at the hotel. The breakfast food was delicious and had plenty of options for me to eat. I would recommend this place to my friend
