Friendly staff, very helpful, my room was ready when I arrived a ground floor disabled room, no safe, no phone, no blanket, no remote control and no fridge. Most things were rectified quickly. The meals were hectic, like a bun fight trying to reach the antipasto, bread, cakes, hot food which most days the food was luke warm. Even though staff were informed of the temperature of the food, including notifying the rep for Jet2. I tended to try and get the cold foods and bread. The 80 euro card was a bonus and could be used for drinks and snacks in the bar. I felt sorry for the staff when copious amounts of coaches came and there was not enough staff to cope with the drink orders. There was a singer 2 nights she was very good. The weather was pleasant and allowed time around the pool. There were buses to other villages and Palau port. Easy walking into the village, to the beach. I booked a boat trip on line with get my guide as this was over half the price quoted by Jet2 for the same trip. There was a little market outside the hotel on a Monday. I would definitely recommend this area and hotel, but be mindful of the cool luke warm food.
