If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves. GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS! ****NO PETS ALLOWED**** The following essentials will be provided for you to START your stay. We do not provide essential for your entire stay. This is just to start you off: *Bed linens and towels *Paper Towels *Toilet Paper *Trash Bags *Dish Pods *Coffee Maker *Hand Soaps *Dish Soap *New Sponge *Small Laundry Detergent *Full Propane tank for gas grills Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, creamers etc… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen. This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts. PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains. CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies. SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired. FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It's generally around $5 per bundle. NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly. LONG TERM RENTALS: Please send an inquiry for details. One by the back door point towards the walkway, one by the front door pointing towards the back yard, one on the back yard and one on the driveway. The cameras are motion detected and record for 20 second intervals, they do have audio. PLEASE NOTE: THIS CABIN ONLY SLEEPS 4 GUEST MAX.
