Magnum Resorts- Near Candolim Beach, Goa

We just book a room and it's my fiance b'day and requested for a good view room and a decoration but the lady in the front desk was very rude she straight away denied in my face that ki everything is chargeable we had stayed there for more than 15 times Ms. Parvati she is very aggressively spoken to me. It's an insult I haven't complaint anything till now because rest of the staffs are very good and very polite but that lady is just spoiler. please it's a request to higher authority to look into this you reviews are not getting better because of such unprofessional staffs . Any how I wasted my money today .

Do not stay in this hotel I don't know where to start... We booked this hotel a year in advance for two room and asked for rooms next door to one and another which we were promised however on the day we arrived they were the opposite side on the hotel and not a deluxe room I asked to speak to the manager I was told no and noone was helpping we asked for a refund was told no. We finally got room after three hours but they were not deluxe. The rooms were dirty and there was holes in the bedding the balcony was so dirty you could not sit out there. The door was not closing correctly which is worrying. The swimming pool was very dirty and not swimmable. The breakfast was HORRIBLE and TERRIBLE there was no choice no staff terrible service. Around the hotel was dirty and the main door was not working correctly. I honestly think if this hotel was in the UK it would be closed down by environment health. DO NOT STAY HERE. I will never stay here again

Excellent service with a wonderful customer experience. Clean rooms with operational AC, TV and wardrobe. Pool is in the premises with connection bar and restaurant access. Both 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler parking is provided. Plenty of options to roam around since the stay is on the road

Excellent management, all staffs are very cooperative, excellent location. Nearby to allmost all beaches & famous clubs. Mr. Manoj Mehra & Anada is very cooperative. If we will visit Goa again then definitely stay here. You can visit with friends & family.

The location of the the resort is at the prime location. And the main thing is that the staff of the resort are very kind and helpful. They are just a call away for the service. I find my time here very enjoyable and fantastic. Suggest every one that if you want to stay in North Goa then go for magnum resort.
