Lillywoods Highland Beach Resort- Candolim

Property is not maintained. Rooms are not cleaned even after complaining about multiple times, a lot of ants and mosquitoes. Poorly maintained room and common areas. Food is also sub par the only thing which okay was Poha in the breakfast. They need to work a lot on the property to fix it.

It was a nice experience. The staff were great. The rooms were clean. Manager pravin bhalerav was very helpful. My friends and I had a good experience over all. We did not face any trouble during our stay in Lillywood Highland Beach Resort, Candolim.

We had a wonderful stay at Lillywood highland with my family. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious with a variety of options. The services provided were excellent, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our stay. A special mention to Duty Manager Pravin Bhalerao, who ensured our stay was smooth and enjoyable with his prompt assistance and warm hospitality. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this resort to others.”

I recently stayed at Lillywoods Resort, formerly known as Highland Holiday Resort, and I regret to say it was a disappointing experience. The management seems primarily focused on profit, often overbooking rooms and cramming too many visitors into each apartment. This results in a lack of privacy and a generally unpleasant atmosphere. The resort attracts large groups, mostly male visitors from dry states, who seem to have little regard for the comfort of other guests. They often start drinking early in the day, sometimes even in the pools, wearing their regular shorts and t-shirts. This behavior is disruptive and makes the common areas, including the pool, uncomfortable for other residents. Despite designated pool hours, these groups often ignore the rules and begin their activities early in the morning, disturbing the peace. Maintenance at the resort is subpar, with visible signs of neglect in several areas. The overall condition of the facilities is poor, and the lack of proper upkeep further detracts from the experience. Given these issues, I cannot recommend Lillywoods Resort. There are certainly better options available that prioritize guest comfort and maintain a more respectful and relaxing environment.
