I’ve only good things to say about this hotel. From a quick, efficient, midnight check-in, right up until departure, we were treated like royalty. Everything was just as we’d hoped for. From the delicious food in The Palms (try the Goan Prawn Curry); the comfortable, spotlessly clean room; the relaxed, chilled atmosphere throughout the hotel; proximity to the beautiful Candolim beach, and so much more besides. But the hotel’s greatest asset - its staff. Welcoming, professional, helpful, friendly. Every request was granted, every need met, and always with a smile. Every one of them a credit to the Radisson brand. To Sapna, Krishna, Varun, Veena, Jhilan, Faizan, Darshan, Asim, Sandeep, Noman, Faizan and Rinku in The Palms, thank you.
