I am going to put the email that I have written and that we never had an answer I am writing to express my disappointment with our dining experience at your restaurant today. While we appreciated the service and the initial recommendations made by the staff, we were extremely surprised by the final bill, which amounted to 305 euros—far beyond what we expected based on the menu prices. Here are the main concerns: 1. Overcharging for Additional Croquettes: We asked if it was possible to adjust the portion from 6 to 8 croquettes since we were four people. We were told it was no problem, yet we were charged for two full portions just to add two extra pieces. 2. Unauthorized and Excessive Meat Order: The waiter recommended the chuleta, and we requested part of it to be well-done for my pregnant wife. Instead, without informing us properly, we were served two portions of 1 kg each, costing 90 euros per portion—an excessive amount that we did not ask for. We ended up leaving more than half of it uneaten. 3. Unrequested Dish for My Wife: The waiter insisted on serving her wild boar instead of the well-done chuleta we originally requested. While she appreciated the suggestion, we were unaware that this would be an additional charge of 25 euros. 4. Bread Charges: Multiple portions of bread were brought to our table without us requesting them. The last portion remained untouched. At no point were we informed of the final quantities or the associated costs of these recommendations. As a result, we feel misled and unfairly charged for food that was neither requested nor properly communicated. We kindly ask you to review this situation and provide us with an explanation for these charges. We would appreciate a resolution, as this experience left us feeling deceived rather than welcomed.
