Being by the beach was amazing. Clear, blue waters. The food left much to be desired but overall would come again.

I would have liked to be closer to Cancun city.. Hotel was looking tired.. Make sure you have transport arranged prior to arrival in Cancun otherwise you will be charged way too much by the taxis as they are all in cahoots together. They were wanting 80 US to start with. We ended up getting a taxi for 60 US which is $100 Australian and caught an Uber back to the airport for $25 Australian? there are no Ubers available at the airport on arrival.

Everything in general was way overpriced in comparison to US. Igf you aren't doing the overpriced al inclusive don't bother staying here. It would have been nice to know where look for activities. . Service was great. Gym was tiny.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. My room did have some really small ants everywhere. The floors in our room needed extra attention. But I didn’t go to stay in my Room. The Amenity’s here are excellent. Guillermo at the pool bar, made us the best Drinks. I loved the location and the Food options. I would book here again.

We love this hotel and especially thanking to the staff and Rocio Escovar for making our stay extra comfortable and feel us very welcome! Thanks to her we stayed twice longer than initially planned and later came back for two more nights . Ocean is beautiful. Security is good , Argentinian restaurant food and service super good . Small things we didn't like was that pool works only till 22:00 which is to us very short as we like to have a swim befor sleep and adults pool only could work till 12. Would be perfect . Also kids in a pool for adults only - need to be more strict . All other was good .

Ocean front - the best choice for room - right in front of the ocean. Food for lunch and dinner is soooo good !! Recommend it

Hotel is spacious and has a nice beach area. Perhaps they have many stairs for some people, as the hotel is built uneven, was no problem for us, you can always take the lift. Liked that they have adults only pools and also the do night Dj music and lights for everyone to enjoy! The room we booked was not available but as to compensate they gave us ‘all inclusive’ bracelets and that made up for it.

Very nice value for the price - staffs were very friendly, pools are beautiful, and food was good. We opted in for the all-inclusive option, and it was worth every penny.

A nice hotel that caters to the "All Inclusive" crowd. If you're looking for a vacation with no surprises and never plan on venturing off the grounds then this is your place. If on the other hand you want get out and explore your surroundings, and try the local food there are probably better options as they treat you like second class citizens. Constantly pointing out that you are not on the meal plan. So getting things as simple as a morning coffee or a drink at the swim up bar is borderline frustrating. This hotel is located in an isolated part of the hotel zone so expect to catch a bus or taxi to the more lively places for food and activities. Great beach, nice pools and and clean upscale rooms

Check in process is horrible, over an hour. Need to wear a bracelet all the time, if you lose it they will charge 3000 mxn to replace it. Breakfast is very avg, restaurant is small, mostly full all the time. The beachtowel system is with plastic card. If you dont exchange back the towels for cards and bring it to checkout, they will charge you 25 usd for each card. Checkout took over an hour too. To leave the hotel after checkout they need to give you a paper that you are not a thief, you need to pass it to the security staff downstairs. Thats the only way you can leave this “prison”. Overall exp is not good, for this money you can find a lot better hotels at the hotel area.

All Inclusive was great. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. Service by the pool is awesome.

酒店真的不錯 懷着忐忑的心情訂的酒店 但是最終結果很滿意 設施：説實話設施略老舊 前台的空調不冷（房間的會冷）房間設施老舊 第一天去發現龍頭壞的 洗澡的頂噴有幾個孔堵住了 導致會滋水 衞生：打掃的很乾凈 環境：酒店環境非常好 有自己的沙灘 沙灘細膩 陽傘很多 躺的地方很多 酒店總共四家酒店兩家需要預約 一般衹要提前約都能約的上 預約的酒店比較好吃 特別是那家sunset 烤肉和意麪甚至沙拉 都高於水準 服務：amigo人真的不錯 我們沒有特地給小費 他們也很熱情 不論給或不給都態度非常親切

좋은 바다를 가졌지만 절대로 다시 가지 않을거에요. 그들의 잘못으로 체크인 때 1시간이나 서 있어야 했어요. 사과도 없었어요. 룸을 치우는 사람이 냉장고에 넣어둔 내 음료수들을 훔쳐가고 시치미를 떼었구요. 최악의 경험이었어요. 덕분에 멕시코에 대한 안 좋은 기억만 남았어요.
