Deposit $100 for towels!!!!! You should see the towels, better bring yours and not use the hotels. THERE WAS NO LIGHT for hours during two nights in January. Imagine, the fridge didn't work, no air conditioning, the elevator didn't work, nothing. THE ELEVATOR DIDN'T WORK, was out of service, for one day. We had to climb to the 7th floor. What do they do with the people with wheelchairs? There was NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER for so many nights that I stopped counting them. They clean the apartments every two days. And don't do it well, since we had cockroaches in our apartment. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED AND NOT SOLD TO CUSTOMERS! We also had a problem the moment we arrived at the hotel, with breakfast. At the reception, they don't know "when is breakfast served and if we do have or have not breakfast included". They say to contact the person through whom we paid the hotel to arrange that. WHAT THE H*LL???????? And of course nobody has breakfast in the place, since breakfast is expensive and you don't even get the staff you paid for! Breakfast should be: eggs, 3 pieces of half toast, 1 jam, 1 butter, juice and terrible coffee. We got juice one day and rest of the days didn't see it, and of course, sometimes you get jam and butter, sometimes you don't. I WAS SHOCKED

This building is OLD and in poor to fair condition. We rented a Penthouse and we were disappointed with the accommodations dirty, poor water pressure, the beach was very busy and DIRTY, pool was cold. WOULD'NT recommend staying unless you are on a BUDGET and party mode close to bars and night clubs.

Great spot close to the action, with highly secure entrance and great amenities. Amazing views, towel service, pool, beachfront access, and near shops, bars, clubs, restaurants. All within walking distance.

I don’t know where they get this pictures must been 15 years ago because this place is falling apart. First day they checked us in 2 hrs late and wouldn’t tell us why. Staff is horrible no class very rude and no help at all. We stayed 8 long days unfortunately. The room didn’t have blankets just sheets. We asked and all they said was that the owner of the room didn’t leave any. No iron, we flew and we had everything in our luggage so it was wrinkled. The room had pots and pans but they were locked up, we couldn’t use them. Just going to ask for toilet paper was a problem with an attitude. Two days in a row we didn’t have lights. We were in the 8th floor and had to take the stairs that were dirty with rocks and concrete. The entire building is falling apart and the pool is ugly the floor all around is peeling. The ceilings are about to fall down. Not to mention we couldn’t use the back sitting area. Beach is so dirty with trash everywhere.worst place I stayed and I travel all the time.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel in April. It was absolutely wonderful the hotel was very clean, the design was modern and very appealing. The staff was very kind, courteous and accommodating. There is a small restaurant by the pool that was excellent, everything was fresh and made to order. The room I had was on the 6th floor and I had a gorgeous ocean view. This was my first time in Cancun and looking back at my experience here I would absolutely recommend this to other people and I myself would definitely go back to this hotel.

Sehr einfaches, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Ausstattung mangelhaft. Lage ist gut wenn man Party machen will, ansonsten ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Direkt neben Coco Bongo - Party Hotspot von Cancún. Wenn man feiern will ja, ansonsten nein
