Awesome experience, great hotel

The property is really nice and the rooms are very large. There’s a bus that runs up and down the hotel district across the street making it easily possible to go all over the great places around the hotel.

Nice big hotel in the hotel Zone next to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Huge apartment rooms of around 70 square meters. Good beds. Rooms are a little bit like 80s style but we liked it and really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing hospitality :) and I had the most delicious ceviche and pina colada from the snack bar. I’m sorry the pina colada is so dangerous it just tastes like a smoothie but it hits you immediately after!

Not for international tourism. They treat you like a criminal if you don't book directly with the hotel. The worst experience that makes you confirm that Cancun, is done. If you want a similar price range in a real turquoise water beach, go for Hotel Fiesta Americana or Presidente. Also wakable to Plaza Caracol with restaurants and stores. Casa Maya us dirty, old, ruined down and the service is the absolute worst. Far from any fun, not to mention the green, dirty water due to it's vecinity to the openig of Laguna Nichupte and the ferries to Isla Mujeres. My husband and I couldn't wait to finish the vacation and get out of Cancun. We spoke with other american tourists who had similar experiences and were furious for their stay at Casa Maya.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. The breakfast was incredible, although the evening buffets were no where near as good. Very good hotel for the price.

The floor in the room was very dirty...

Very good service, We were upgraded for a king suite… it was very spacious. Hotel location is excellent … best value for money!! Easy to find a cab and excellent connection with city bus - R1 and R2.

I loved it here! The people were so kind and lovely. The service was amazing. The view was really worth it. I would come back again. I really enjoyed myself. The swimming pool at night time is beautiful. I enjoyed going in the hot time. Amazing service I really recommend everyone come here at least once when they visit Mexico

Clean nice good location

Hotel was really good the only problem there no much of restaurants kr coffee shops next you only hotels food and also they need have more people staff speaking English
