Sound 3* hotel, food plentiful although took a while sometimes to refill ( felt they should have had another server/replenisher) . Some food choices a bit strange, but every menu had something decent to choose from the 4 dishes per course. Some of our group didn’t eat beef & were quite restricted. If you were a vegetarian I think you’d need to talk to them as all veggie dishes I saw on menu contained fish! Nice salad & soup bar available as well as what you selected . Rooms- Our group had 4 rooms & 3 were good, with balconies & enough space for suitcases etc, the fourth was small. 2 of the rooms could hear either the nightclub next door or the entertainment in the bar. Facilities - We weren’t aware that you needed to pay for the pool, sauna, jacuzzi or gym when we booked. The €8 per day seemed a bit steep but the hotel did our group a good deal for the week so it’s worth negotiating. You needed to wear a swim hat for the pool. There was daily entertainment in the evenings for the children but none of ours used it so can’t comment on how good it was. Ski bus stopped regularly right outside the hotel & there was a hotel shuttle minibus too but we didn’t use that so can’t comment.

Lets start with the positive: Rooms are clean and nice, beds are comfy, and daily cleaning is super. The crew is super friendly an helpsome. Breakfast is good with a large selection. BUT.... the dinner is absolutely horrible - taste is bland - food looks and tastes like it has been made by a person who knows absolutely nothing about making food. Its absoultely unappetizing - not to say disgusting.... I will never visit this hotel again - even if i could get a discount and eat on a restaurant somewhere in Canazei.... Again - the dinner is so horrible than I hope that they get a better chef before anyone visits this place....

Hotel seems to cater well for large groups of young people and aims it’s entertainment and facilities towards this. For myself the loud noise in the evening was not ideal when planning an early start in the morning. The food was okay although often strange combinations. On a positive note the hotel was very clean and the staff cleaning the room were first class. The bar staff were friendly however reception and restaurant staff were not helpful or friendly. The ski bus stops at the hotel and it is an easy 10 minute walk into town. I booked with Crystal and was very disappointed and I would definitely not return

Lovely hotel on edge on village. Fantastic stay for end week in March 2024. Room comfortable with shower room. Cleaned daily. Breakfast and dinner excellent. What made my stay special were the great people who looked after me - the reception, the restaurant, the housekeeping and the bar staff - all 1st class. They were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel - and I will return.

Family ski visit over new year. The 3 stars could easily have been 4 or 5 but for the room. We were allocated a room over the bar and next to the nightclub so night time noise from the entertainment meant we had poor sleep all week. We did have ear plugs and eyemasks as I had read previous reviews. We couldn’t be moved as the hotel was full. The room number 233 also had a window that would have given lovely views of the mountains but it was nailed closed with the outside shutter closed making the room dark and we weren’t able to enjoy the views. This was likely as there was a spotlight that lights the outside pointing directly at the window. The room was dated with curtains that didn’t shut properly due to unused curtain hooks on the rail, no batteries in the tv remote and a broken mini fridge. The good points were a jacuzzi bath and large bathroom, large balcony and large cupboards. Away from the room the hotel was good, dining room staff were very friendly and accommodating Maria and the mature gentleman in particular. A huge effort made for New year gala dinner many choices for breakfast including cooked eggs, kids choices and half portions available at the evening and nice decorations. Large bar with chess sets and kids room with nintendos and toys. Pool and spa at extra cost 11euro was well kept however outside sauna was not in operation. Remember a swimming hat. Hotel shuttle to Belvedere lifts approx 10 mins depending on traffic which can be heavy was regular with local ski bus stop also at the hotel drive. Ski room with heated boot racks and ski storage is good. The hotel is on its own set back from the main road so not all that convenient to shop etc as you always have ski equipment when you are in town. All in all however a reasonable stay just the poor sleep let it down.

Lovely ski hotel. Great choice of food. Views of the mountains and the village from the balcony. Jet bath which helped after a day of skiing and hotel was decorated very nicely for Xmas. Free shuttle to main lift is good. Only suggestion would be that you would sign for drinks rather than just giving the room number. Staff friendly and would definitely return.
