Very nice clean place to stay!

This is our favorite hotel in Canal Winchester, OH! We travel a lot for business & this is our #1 go-to! The rooms are clean & the beds are comfy. The staff goes above & beyond for their customers. Located near Krogers, Walmart & lots of places to eat.

Built in 2021. Very clean and fresh decor. Nice comfy beds. Good air conditioning and hot water pressure. Very nice walk in shower. Had a small fridge and a microwave. Small side chair and a desk with a rolling chair. Nice pool area and a small patio. Large breakfast space (we did not try breakfast) where you can also sit and eat the rest of the day. Very pretty lobby area. Safe, well lit parking. Very close to restaurants and grocery store, etc.

The hotel has been open less than 2 weeks and is very nice and super clean. Room was very comfortable, as were the beds. We ended up staying an extra night and they were very accommodating. The towels were a bit thin, but not a big deal. Breakfast consisted of cereal, oatmeal with lots of fixings, egg soufflé (in a plastic bag), sausage biscuits, pre-packaged waffles, muffins and juice. Staff was very helpful and polite. We will be back!

Would not recommend this hotel ever. First morning my husband and I were getting ready for a function, hopped into shower and saw at least 6 hairs and this was our first time getting in the shower. SUPER GROSS!!! Didn't have time to go to front desk but messaged them in the Marriott Bonvoy app about thr incident and demanded minimally the shower to be deep cleaned while we were out and have our room refreshed. Took forever to get a response and manafer gave me 5000 points for my troubles which was a slap in the face. Oh and o our first night went to the little store on site to grab snacks a d one item I paid $4.50 was a bag of sweet potato chips. Got upstairs to settle in and I opened the chips and noticed the expiration date...November 2022!!! Called the desk to let them know and the Fairfield front desk rep apologized and said "oh it's probably still safe to eat" like are you serious??? The mattress was horrible on mine and my husband's back. I will never stay there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Horrible experience.

Brand new and lovely. Beds were comfy. Bathroom feels luxurious. Big TV. Feels super clean inside. 1hr from hocking hills state park. Decent breakfast options. Very friendly staff. No noise issues even with the lot looking full. Above average gym for this size hotel. Close to a Tim Horton’s
