The staff attitude was unacceptable. Offering a without window room in a 4 star hotel is unimaginable !

The room is a good size. However the bed can be improved in terms of quality. Only 2 pillow given for a double bed. Bathroom was large and adequate. Buffet breakfast spread was big. But a bit lacking for vegetarians. But they did gave us a bowl of noodle soup with mushroom. Not very tasty but they did try. All in all, an average stay for us.

Is goods and nice hotel and restaurant are all best

The room looks a bit tired. But the breakfast is not bad. Price is reasonable. Overall is ok

not recommend if you want a good trip. this hotel has very strictly rule and non flexible. staff is not professional at all, and deliver information very complicated. please be aware of it - you will have to show all ID card of your group members, no matter you go with your family or couple. very annoy and take time when check in. - I asked for extra bed, and fee is about 17$/person, and the receptionist kept saying couldn't put the extra bed in my room and tried to upgrade my room with +60$ extra pay (while my room is 35$ only and I already emailed about booking extra bed and got the response of one extra bed + breakfast ticket). after an hour argue, finally they agreed to put an extra bed in my room, everything was fitted, I have no idea why they tried to reject at beginning. second time tired of their service. - the swimming pool is very tiny and dirty water. tiny like a family pool, not a standard of 4 stars hotel. - there wasn't much food for breakfast, food & drink is out very quick and take a long time to refill, agreed that that was weekend time and they have more customers in their hotel. however they should well-prepared for this. and Breakfast area is kind of dark, they seemed try to save electricity.

Be awareness when you check in and sign the documents, you should read very carefully. because the things receptionist told you not the same with what they wrote. so you probably be charged a lot in penalty when you check out. up to 100$ anyway experience in this hotel made my Can Tho's trip not good at all. If you go with family or friend for travel, not recommend this hotel. If you go for business trip, maybe they can be suitable for your requirement one more thing, they will refuse to issue red invoice if you book their room via these apps. I have no idea why the 4 stars hotel couldn't do the right thing on VAT :)

The room is spacious, recommend to stay

This hotel strictly requires a marriage certificate for any couple. So if you want to bring a girlfriend to the hotel there is no luck. The staff are very unfriendly

中規中矩的賓館，周邊雖然很多商店，小餐飲，但是商務招待需要打車去其他區域。價格比較便宜，性價比比較高。前台英文交流基本無障礙。

맘에 들어요 다음에 다시 방문해도 좋을꺼 같아요 전체적으로 직원응대나 청결와 위치 등 모든 서비스가 좋습니다..조식은 조금 아쉬웠어요

部屋は清潔で機能的でした。朝食も普通に良かったです。ただし、窓に隙間が多く、道路の音がよく聞こえたのが残念でした。ぜひホテルのリニューアルの時には日本製のアルミサッシに取り替えて欲しいです。

비좁은 로컬시장골목을 지나야됩니다. 주차장 이용가능 체크인 담당직원 친절합니다. 건물 자체는 정말 오래되었습니다. 화장실에 욕조가 있어서 뜨거운 물 받아서 반신욕했더니 피로가 싹 풀렸습니다😊
